1300 piedi quadrati, casa molto spaziosa, due camere da letto con un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e una matrimoniale nella camera da letto al piano di sotto.

Abbiamo cercato di fornire tutti gli accessori da spiaggia comuni, tra cui un paio di boogie board, sedie, ombrelloni, attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, ecc. Ti preghiamo di comprendere che sono forniti gratuitamente per il tuo utilizzo e che non possiamo sempre sostituire immediatamente un articolo rotto dall'ospite precedente (ma non abbastanza tempo). C'è anche un nuovo barbecue all'esterno nel patio. Questa unità si trova alla fine di Puamana, proprio di fronte al Westin e proprio lungo il sentiero forestale che scende alla spiaggia di Anini.

The unit was stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Check-in instructions and for the use of the unit were clear, WIFI was excellent and even held meetings with no issues and parking was perfect. Peter was very responsive throughout our stay. I love the location in Princeville as it is close to many small shops and restaurants and the grocery store and a short drive to Hanalei and many beaches.

Well appointed, almost every coffee making choice except K-cup style, which is fine. Beds very comfortable. The living and dining room lighting in the evenings is perhaps the weakest aspect if you’re trying to do crafts, but fine otherwise.

The host is quick to respond and had helpful suggestions for our visit. The townhouse had everything we needed, was well tended and in a great location. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Thank you! We will be back!

First of all, exchanging information is easy, very responsive, questions are answered immediately.
Although we paid in full for 5 nights, we actually did not stay in the property primarily because of the OPEN LOFT area upstairs. (Please read the description and look at the pictures carefully.) There is not a door (hence, open loft) and noise from downstairs (kitchen and living room area) can easily be heard upstairs and vice versa. We needed a bedroom with a door that closed. At the last minute we had to find a different location at significant cost. I requested a full refund, which was declined. I was refunded the cleaning deposit.
Otherwise, the property is “ok.” The lower price point is accurate for the property and the area. The condo is definitely older, looks “lived in”, and does not get direct sunlight into the living room area. The Puamana area of Princeville is congested (looks more like a housing development) but the location of this condo is at the very back end so it’s away from the most congested parts. If you’re not overly particular this property will probably be ok.
