Il nostro chalet di campagna si trova nella contea di Delaware, a New York, a circa 3 ore da New York, su 6 acri di terra privata con uno stagno, meli selvatici, cespugli di mirtilli e ampie colline erbose per aiutarti a rilassarti e connetterti con la vita di campagna. Sei abbastanza lontano dalla città per vedere le stelle nel modo in cui dovrebbero essere osservate ... fuori nel paese.

Inizia la giornata con la colazione da TA, passa alla nonna D per alcuni ottimi pasti cucinati in casa o fai un'ottima cena con gli amici da Danny. Ci sono molti negozi di antiquariato in città.
Oneonta
La città di Oneonta si trova a circa 12 miglia dalla casa. In città, ci sono una selezione di negozi e attrazioni come South Side Mall & Cinemas, Hannafords Grocery Store, Aldi, BJ's Wholesale, Walmart, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sweet Frog Yogurt, Denny's, Dicks Sporting Goods, JC Penney, Petco.
Sei a 25 minuti da Oneonta - Oneonta State College, Hartwick College, All America Dreams Park.
Sei a 45 minuti da Cooperstown, sede della Hall of Fame del baseball, Dreams Park e Glimmerglass. Nella zona di Cooperstown si trova il birrificio Ommegang. A Sydney c'è la Awestruck Brewery.

Easy drive to and from Cooperstown Allstar Village and great for large families as well!Don't let the outside fool you- this house is beautiful! The downstairs has living room with multigame table, laundry, full bath and bedroom which boasts a large bed and bunks. It's also very cold downstairs which is nice with the summer heat. Upstairs is Gorgeous! The kitchen is tastefully redone with a oversized island with lots of seating. Under cabinet lighting. A sitting area directly off the kitchen with a balcony overlooking the wonderfully landscaped front yard and pond. There are fish in the pond and it's cool seeing them swim to the edge to see you. I wish we had brought some food to feed them. There's also a dinning room with large table and additional livingroom with TV off the other side of the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom to the right once you come upstairs. Two end rooms are spacious. There were eight of us and there was more room than we needed!The property is very large and nice to walk around in and provides good space for the kids to play. We also got to see deer in the backyard.Cooperstown: we were there for Cooperstown allstar village and the drive was easy. You get to stay away from all the hustle and bustle. But close enough to Oneonta and little town of Franklin for shopping and food. The owner, Jim was super friendly and very responsive. We highly recommend staying here!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. From easy booking, to great communication from host before and during our stay, check in was easy.We were in town with my son’s team who played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The drive to and from the field was an easy drive with great views the whole way. The property had everything we needed and was so spacious and private. We highly recommend this property, it did not disappoint at all!!!

Very nice very clean home. Beautifully landscaped. Located in the woods on a dirt road. About 30 minutes from All Star Fields. About 50 minutes from Dreams Park fields near Cooperstown.

What a gorgeous view this property has. The perfect place for a family to stay during our Cooperstown All Star Village stay.
