Joy of Life Villa ti farà capire quanto è bella la vita qui, con vista sulle Isole Vergini americane e britanniche, sulle barriere coralline e sui mari turchesi con vista a 180 gradi. Questa solida casa in pietra e muratura ben arredata e circondata da una foresta verdeggiante e panorami insuperabili. Siamo completamente alimentati ad energia solare, quindi nessuna interruzione di corrente! Tutta l'acqua è acqua piovana filtrata, senza prodotti chimici, rendendo i capelli e la pelle morbidi come le nostre lenzuola fresche. Questa villa dispone di un letto king-size in schiuma di alta qualità, una piattaforma da 1200 piedi quadrati accessibile da tutte le camere, cucina completa, ampio bagno di lusso con pietra locale e caratteristiche in legno, docce interne ed esterne, aria condizionata in camera da letto, WiFi gratuito, due TV con Netflix (solo) accesso, sedie da spiaggia / asciugamani / attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, un grande grill a gas e kayak di vetro e paddle board ti aspettano sulla vicina spiaggia! We had a very special week at Joy Of Life Villa. The view was extraordinary! Stunning! The property was very clean and up to date. Beautiful. Our host Karen was one of the most helpful, hospitable, friendly persons we have ever dealt with. She was generously available to answer our questions. We would love to come back some day!

This property was amazing! It was clean, comfortable, well decorated, well-equipped and had spectacular views of the water and surrounding islands. In fact, we joked that the only bad news was that we didn't want to leave to go explore other parts of St. John because it was so tempting to just stay put and take in the serenity around us.

My wife and I stayed at the Joy of Life Villa during Christmas week. We were looking for a relaxing and private stay. This villa was better than what we imagined! We woke up early for every sunrise with some fresh brewed coffee. This Villa had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear, and a cooler which came in very handy. There's even a grill which we really enjoyed using. Karen was a great host and made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. We are so happy we found her villa and would definitely come back again next time. This rental has some of the best views of the nearby islands. Her whole property feels magical with all the palm trees and beautiful landscaping. We highly recommend this rental property. It was truly an incredible experience!

My husband and I have just returned from two glorious weeks at the Joy of Life Villa. We absolutely loved the house and had such a wonderful relaxing time there. We were impressed with the quality and the thoughtful layout of the house and the views can't be beat. This was our third trip to St. John and Joy of Life Villa is, by far, the best place we've stayed.
We love to cook and the kitchen set-up works so well; all the appliances are high quality and work perfectly as does the outside grill. We've traveled to many islands and other places and have rented many villas and, in most cases, the kitchen has left something to be desired but not here. We only went out to dinner twice the entire time as the sunsets were too beautiful to miss and it was just so relaxing after a day at the beach to sit on the comfortable outside furniture watching the sunset and then head into the house to prepare dinner. And, if you're an early riser, the sunrises are pretty spectacular too.
Yes, we do recommend that you rent a 4x4 vehicle not only to be comfortable getting up and down the road to the villa but, overall, the island is pretty hilly and access to some of the best beaches is over some bumpy and rutted terrain.
Karen and Jeff, our hosts, were wonderful, thoughtful and caring making our stay even better. Thanks so much to both of you! We will be back and won't hesitate to let our friends know about the aptly named Joy of Life Villa!
