Clean rooms alot of space

Pool was to warm and the breakfast wasn't the greatest

It was convenient located to everything. It was very clean.

The A/C is either freezing you out or your sweating.

Wonderful front desk staff & housekeeper.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

No trash bags in the trash cans we asked housekeeping and they said they didn't have any.

The breakfast selection was great.

I am not someone to usually complain because I’ve worked in the service industry for most of my life. But I felt the need to point out certain things during my stay that I hope can help improve guest experience. First, the whole building had a musty smell. I was placed in one room at first that I could not tolerate the smell because it wasn’t just that it smelled musty but it also had a little bit of a pee smell. I kindly asked to be moved to another one that smelled a little better, but still not that clean smell I am use to in Marriotts. It was just not a pleasant thing to have to endure throughout my stay. I also had a bit of a rough check in process with the front desk staff upon my arrival. I had called the reservation center in advance to confirm our stay and they were able to locate the reservation just fine. But when I got to the hotel after a long drive, the gentleman at the front desk, who was very friendly, however was having trouble locating the registration and said we were not showing up. I told him we called the Marriott reservation line and they confirmed like an hour before arriving. Regardless he proceeded to tell us it was a problem with booking.com and told us to contact them. So we sat in the lobby concerned while my husband called the Marriott line again in the lobby area and me on the other phone, trying to reach out to booking.com to see who we could get to help us first. We finally got a representative from Marriott, who again confirmed our registration. We had to hand the phone to the front desk guy so they can spell out my last name to him so he can find it. My complaint with this is just that he could could have probably done a little more to help us. Especially if we told him we had called the Marriott line to confirm our stay before arriving. It just was not a nice welcome after a long drive. This is just my feedback as guest experience and I expected a little better out of Marriott.

The Staff made a mistake checking me in. I ended up having to pay for a room that I already paid for.
