Immerso in South Padre Island, questo affascinante condominio a 225 € per notte è un fantastico scelta per il tuo prossimopausa. Posizione fantastica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia nel bellissimo complesso condominiale di lusso Tiki. Unità al piano terra con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Splendidi giardini circondano 2 belle piscine riscaldate. Il nostro condominio è completamente arredato con un letto king size nella camera matrimoniale e 2 letti full size nella seconda camera da letto. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno elettrico di dimensioni standard e forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, frullatore, stoviglie e utensili. Vi offriamo 2 TV a schermo piatto, cavo con 6 HBO e 4 ESPN, lettore DVD, servizio internet WIFI gratuito, telefono VOIP con chiamate interurbane gratuite, lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno, ferro e asse da stiro. Hai solo bisogno di portare i tuoi oggetti personali. Le 2 piscine all'aperto riscaldate (in inverno) sono state rinnovate quest'anno. Siamo situati proprio di fronte al viale Sea Turtle Inc. e al fantastico Birding and Nature Center di South Padre Island, la principale destinazione della valle del Rio Grande per il birdwatching. Molte attività a 10 minuti dal condominio: Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, delfino, boogie boarding, snorkeling e immersioni, surf, windsurf, kite-board e noleggio barche a vela. Vi è la pesca alla baia, la pesca d'altura, la pesca ai moli, il molo, il surf e la pesca a mosca. Altre attività includono la spiaggia a 4 ruote, l'equitazione e il Laguna Natura Nature Trail. 30 minuti di auto da Brownsville verso uno dei migliori zoo del paese: lo zoo di Gladys Porter. Great location north of the main tourist spots but next door to Clayton's if that's your thing. Place was clean and easily slept our family of 5. Full kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and bathrooms were stocked with extra towels. The entire complex is non-smoking so we enjoyed a lot of patio and pool time. 5/5 would recommend.

This was a much needed impulse trip! My family (son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, mom & grandbaby) & I had not been on a family trip. I had never even taken my daughter who is 21 yrs old to South Padre Island. I decided to book this trip and it exceeded all of our expectations! The layout of the condo was so spacious, it was extremely clean, the beach access was very convenient and David & Ana went above & beyond for us! David, the owner/manager, allowed us an earlier check in and a later check out which gave us a little more beach & family time. Ana, the housekeeper, fulfilled an odd request of a slow cooker & cheese grater. The condo was kept very cool, not like other hotels or condos where the temperature doesn't go very low in 105 degree weather. It was a nice refreshing cool. They also provided beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach items that made family time more fun! My mom, who is 78 yrs old, had not been to SPI since she was 15 and she absolutely enjoyed herself! Before we could leave she was already asking me when we could go back! My 1.5 year old grandbaby was able to be comfortable without too many things in his running path. We had a great time! David, my family cannot thank you & Ana enough for the hospitality!

Had an awesome time. Thanks David. The place was great. Had everything we needed. Down to the laudry detergent. Very clean and tidy, would wake up in the mornings and take a stroll on the beach. Will definitely be returning. 😊🌅

The host is very helpful and the location is great. Check in process is also extremely easy. The beds are super comfortable. Just AC is kind of very loud. If they can provide more toilet paper, kitchen towel and trash bag, that will be great. We end up cooking a few times and used up all kitchen towels and also toilet paper is running critically low.

This is such a great unit right on the beach. Close to a huge beach bar and restaurants and private beach access. Can't recommend enough!

David’s 2BR, 2BA condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and very spacious. The first floor location on the parking lot side was extremely convenient for us, as we were able to place our cooler, tent, toys etc on the patio without bringing wet and sandy items through the condo. We have stayed at several other condos at the Tiki, and this was the most comfortable stay for us due to its spaciousness & location. We would 100% stay here again!

My husband, our two college aged kids, and I had a great time at the Tiki condo in South Padre Island. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were plenty of room, with good living space and a porch. The owner David was great, very responsive to emails and texts both before and during our stay. The housekeeper Ana was also great, she brought towels when we asked and checked in with us. The first floor was very convenient, and the location on the Island was towards the northern end but still very convenient to everything. We walked across the street to the Sea Turtle sanctuary and the Bird and Alligator sanctuary. I highly recommend David's condo!

We had a great family Christmas Break trip to the beach. David reached out to us before we arrived to ensure we could reach him if needed, and he arranged to have our parking pass put in the condo when car problems made our arrival late. David was personable and easy to contact. The proximity of the condo to the beach is perfect and the heated pools were great after playing in the ocean in December. The condo had what we needed for our large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island!

This was our second time to stay at The Tiki. We would definitely stay again. This owner was incredibly responsive and attentive every step of the way. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and never had such great service. The condo met all our needs and was very comfortable.

Rented condo for 2 day stay with family at S. Padre Island. Tiki condo was very nice, good location and as noted on website. David, owner was very good to work with. Responded quickly when texted. Overall was a good condo, good experience and would highly recommend for anyone to rent.

Booked last minute
I had no problem booking last minute due to my work schedule. Check in is after 4pm, but these guys text me 2hrs before that saying I was good to check in. Checking in was easy, the room was clean & stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this place to others.

2 bedroom 2 bath w pullout walking distance to the beach condo
This condo was very clean and comfortable. David, the property owner, communicated very well regarding all the logistics of the place. We always enjoy staying at the Tiki since it is walking distance to the beach. I also enjoyed the fact that it is on the 1st level and right off parking so not a long distance to unload. The 2nd pool and a bbq station were all close by. Also, a very pet friendly place. Will definitely consider this place for our next trip.

We enjoyed our visit and stay. Nights were quiet and the accommodations were clean and as expected. Plenty of room for the family. Two bathrooms was a big plus.

The family had a blast! It was a short walk to the beach, Bar Louie, and Claytons beach bar. The condo could definitely use some updates but we would certainly stay there again.

Amazing place with great owner!
Wow! The condo is perfect. 2 bedrooms, second is spacious with 2 beds. Enough space for my teenage kids w/o invading the others space.. Having separate bathrooms is also a huge plus! Kitchen was nice. Beach access and location is convenient. I will stay at this property again! David was amazing!
