The property was easy to get in and out of. It is dated and could use some maintenance, but for the price it was perfect for our family to stay in and enjoy our time together.

The property is very clean in a quiet comfortable neighborhood, my family and I really enjoyed our stay , the hosts are very responsive and made our stay a breeze , I would definitely recommend this home for big families.

My husband and I traveled from Texas for his mother's funeral. This property was perfect for our stay, and our host was very helpful!! She made a stressful time for us much easier. The property is very private, and peaceful!

The outdoor area was nice with lots of natural beauty, and the house was comfy and cozy. We used 4 bedrooms with our family of 7, and used the 5th as an office during our stay. We were able to expand the dining table and add chairs and host a total of 12 for a couple meals. The host was kind and accommodating, and great at responding to any questions we had. The only downside was in property upkeep and cleanliness. The floors looked clean but left socks/feet dirty very quickly. There is no dishwasher, so plan to handwash dishes. There were several places where property maintenance was needed such as the kitchen door to the back yard, and some obvious foundation problems. The washing machine was AMAZING though - it removed some clothing stains that my washer at home couldn’t do. I also enjoyed being able to give my little one a bath because there is a tub in one of the bathrooms.

I rented this property for several family members and myself to stay during wedding week. We had just 2 concerns—texted the hosts and they took care of them within like 10 minutes. So friendly, helpful. I would definitely rent this property and from these hosts again!

DO NOT STAY HERE! Our room has termites and they knew about it. When we arrived back from dinner on our 2nd day, (yes we slept there the first night not knowing I’m still traumatized) there was bugs all over the floor. Bugs in the mattress, under the mattress, even in the pillow case. We called the emergency line and she casually said “oh it’s probably termites” she then revealed that they knew they had a termite problem in our unit because terminix was up there two weeks prior to us staying. THEY KNEW and still allowed us to stay there. Then she proceeded to try to say they was gonna charge for one night and only give us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. AND THEN charge us a cleaning fee. When we said that we shouldn’t have to pay the cleaning fee she caught attitude. We ended up having to find a new hotel in the middle of the night which took hours but we finally found one. Not to mention we had to wash all our clothes and belongings because YES termites can travel in clothes. We ended up getting our full refund but was still charged a service fee of $57. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The positive: The location and size of property was perfect for my family attending a wedding in the area. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, worked for 7 adults and a toddler. Kitchen was lacking in small pots to cook with, and not enough drinking glasses for 7 adults. Less tea cups and more drinking glasses were needed. 3 drinking glasses are not enough. Upstairs bedrooms had issues. Sheets were dirty on one of the bedrooms, along with a dirty used KFC cup on dresser and in one of the drawers, black substance stuck to a drawer. Second upstairs bedroom had a portable a/c unit with an accordion hose that was not connected, resulting in an open hole in screen/window. After calling the owner she advised to just shut the window. Was told that room can get warmer without it. Each room did have a ceiling fan. The house chemicals used to clean prior to arriving was over powering when entering. Not a good smell. Not sure what was actually cleaned. Definitely not the floor and one of the bedrooms. I would suggest they find a new cleaning company and add to their kitchen supplies. Carol June 27, 2021 3nights

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the busy motels in the Orlando area then this is where you need to be. Spacious and very clean, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Pari will check on you often and if anything is wrong she will get it fixed pronto.

The house was great. Convenient to shopping and our event. 6 adults were very comfortable with enough bathrooms we could all get ready at once. Unfortunatly we couldn't stay long enough to enjoy the beautiful yard.

My family felt the space was just perfect. The rooms were spacious & the amount of bathrooms was a great perk!

Our stay was quite nice ! The owners were accommodating. The house has plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay .
