Condominio di lusso con vista sull'oceano da ogni stanza della casa! Albe oceaniche senza ostacoli per i primi uccelli e persiane in legno per i dormiglioni. Vista del tramonto / baia anche dal balcone! Questo bellissimo attico all'ultimo piano si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia (senza strade da attraversare), sulla tranquilla Rodney Avenue, nel cuore della spiaggia di Dewey ... dove la spiaggia è meno affollata.
Questo ex condominio Model Unit pulito, luminoso, aperto, arioso e dipinto di fresco è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere le vacanze. Goditi il tuo caffè mentre ti rilassi sul balcone o il luogo perfetto per un cocktail serale mentre ammiri le viste sull'oceano E sulla baia.
La cucina abitabile completamente fornita ha incredibili viste aperte, soffitti valorizzati, finestre a due piani, TV a schermo piatto montata, ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, frigorifero con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e distributore di acqua / ghiaccio filtrato, piano cottura, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, costruito nel bar per la colazione, portabottiglie e ... Lavatrice e asciugatrice!
Nuovissimo tavolo da fattoria in ceramica Barn che può ospitare fino a 6 e bellissimo nuovo lampadario Ballard Designs per illuminare la zona pranzo. I nuovi cubbies di Ballard Designs ti consentono di conservare scarpe, felpe, borse, borse, ecc ... un gioco da ragazzi!
L'ampio soppalco decorato per la camera familiare è il luogo ideale per ammirare il sorgere del sole al mattino, leggere un libro durante il giorno o guardare un film di notte. La camera familiare ora ha due nuovi grandi divani accoglienti, un nuovo tavolino che contiene una libreria di libri perfetti per la lettura della spiaggia, una nuova consolle e un nuovo TV a schermo piatto da 52 pollici 4K!
La grande camera da letto principale ha un nuovissimo materasso e letto king size di fascia alta, tv a schermo piatto montata, vista sull'oceano e armadi di nuova costruzione per un ampio spazio di archiviazione.
La seconda camera ha un letto a castello con un materasso pieno sul fondo e un gemello in cima. C'è anche un doppio rotelle estraibile da sotto il letto. Questa camera da letto ora contiene una tv a schermo piatto molto più grande e una consolle con una biblioteca di libri per bambini, puzzle e giochi da tavolo.
I due ampi bagni dispongono entrambi di splendidi banconi in granito e docce splendidamente piastrellate. Il proprietario sostituisce tende da doccia, fodere e tappetini da bagno per tutta l'estate per mantenere tutto fresco!
Parcheggia le tue auto nei tuoi due parcheggi privati, raggiungi qualsiasi cosa a Dewey o fai un breve giro in "Jolly Trolley" verso Rehoboth Avenue / Boardwalk.

We had a wonderful time staying at Maisy’s condo in Dewey Beach. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and Maisy was prompt with her responses to any questions we had. The property is steps from the beautiful beach and also close to both Rehoboth and Lewes for day trips. We were in proximity to local bars, restaurants, and shops if we wanted to go out, but we also had a great time relaxing on the porch with views of Rehoboth Bay and the ocean. Combine all those things with near perfect weather, and it was paradise. We’d definitely love to come back and would highly recommend to anyone who is considering staying there.

We had the pleasure of renting this condo for a week & it was a fantastic experience!
The location couldn't have been more perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants & Dewey nightlife entertainment.
The condo was well equipped with all amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The living area was comfortable & the bedrooms well sized.
One of the highlights of this rental was excellent communication with the host. From the moment I made the reservation, the host was prompt in responding to inquiries & provided the necessary information for a smooth check-in process.
I highly recommend this condo rental for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again for my future trips to the beach. Thank you very much!

Perfect location. Quiet street. Plenty of space to walk the dogs. Cute condo. Kitchen is a bit tight but has everything you need. King bed is super comfortable. Twin mattresses a bit thin and can leave your back aching in the morning. But overall lovely. Hosts are wonderful!

This property was very clean and the owner was a delight. She responded quickly to any questions we had prior to renting. She was prompt with sending maintenance for a few minor things. She had property info… rules, check out protocal, wi fi access etc. clearly displayed. She clearly takes pride in her property and we treated her home with respect. We appreciated the linen service option and the chair /table balcony furniture was wonderful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We rate our experience 10/10!!!

The condo was very nice, I loved the decor. Everything that we needed was available . The location was perfect, close to the beach and the local stores and restaurants. Unfortunately the weather was not ideal, however we still had a wonderful time.

Located at the south end of the main strip at Dewey, walking distance to everything and about a block from the beach, upper level condo with views of the water from a small private outdoor patio, and pet friendly. We had a great time on a weekend getaway.
It was a bit tricky to find without specific instructions (there is a house next door with the same address), and we were surprised to find that linens and towels were not included, though this was mentioned in the emails and rental agreement. It all worked out but if you book this place be sure to read ALL of the emails and attachments carefully!
Overall a great place that I definitely recommend.

We have vacationed in Dewey Beach multiple times with our dogs. This property was one block to the beach, which was nice (no crossing traffic).
This listing is on the third floor of the condo. When entering the unit, there is a kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with a double bed/single bed, and trundle -- good for kids. We did not use this. A full bathroom was on that level.
The main living area and master BR (king bed) is one flight of stairs above. While we did not have any issues navigating this, others should know about it. The initial listing was not clear about it.
Our first weekend there, a very loud party went on in the main common area of the condo. The condo is also next to the main road, so for the motorcycle gathering, it was a bit loud when they were revving their engines.
This is not a criticism, but other than pots/pans, silverware, and knives, there are NO other sundries. No spices, salt/pepper, etc. We always pack our sundries, but we did purchase salt/pepper shakers (and left them there). You will need to provide any plastic wrap, foil, or bags. There were garbage bags, but unfortunately the previous tenants used the provided bags, and apparently spilled coffee grounds into the kitchen garbage can. I cleaned that up as best as I could.
It is nice to have garbage and recycling bins outside. Very easy to take out the trash.
Our older golden retriever died one month prior to our rental. I appreciated that Maisy refunded his pet fee prior to arrival.
The garbage disposal apparently needed repair, reported from the tenant before us. The repair person came while we were on the beach, so that was convenient. I am not sure if it was repaired while we were there (we don't use that).
The only other thing to note is that the washing machine is tucked behind a wall -- one has to kind of stretch to empty it and put clothes into the dryer. The dryer timer did not work -- I realized this after our clothes were spinning for 75 minutes. I notified Maisy -- unfortunately, the repair person could not look at it while we were there. It wasn't a problem -- we just used the "timed" setting, and all went well.
I appreciated the prompt responses from Maisy with my questions. A great rental -- just be aware that one needs to be in good physical condition to walk up to the condo, and walk up to the bedroom.
We have since adopted a special-needs dog who cannot do steps...so likely we won't be able to return soon.

This property is well kept and a great location. Everything in Dewey in walkable. The 3rd floor gives great sunset and sunrise views. (But also, lots of steps!) The beach is less than a block away. The condo is clean, well kept and well stocked. It is exactly as pictured on VRBO. We enjoyed our stay with our 2 dogs!

Had a fantastic time at the beach! Condo is super clean and stylish. Loved having separate hangout space for the kids. Proximity to town and the beach with kids and a dog, can’t be beat!

My family, which includes 2 teenagers & I stayed for a week. The location is wonderful, 1/2 block to the beach. The sunrises at the beach & sunsets at the bay are amazing! Walking distance to restaurants & Dewey fun! Condo is well taken care of & clean. Maisy was very helpful. We hope to come again :)

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here. I wish I could say it was our third or fourth, but they are just too popular and were booked other times we tried to go! This property is great! The location is ideal to walk anywhere in Dewey, but still quiet. Good views of the beach and the bay from the porch, and Maisy is so nice and responsive. We were able to check in early and check out late when we asked! We didn’t bring our dog with us, but knowing we could have makes me want to go back again for another adventure!

This being our second time at the rental we were happy to be back. The best thing about the condo is the location - you can see ocean and bay from the balcony. You’re a few short steps away from the beach when you’re ready for a stroll. Many of the restaurants were closed but it’s off seasonal so that’s expected. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, lots of TV/streaming options available, good water pressure in the shower. Another great stay.

My daughter, son-in-law, dogs and I really enjoyed this property. It is a very short walk to the beach, with view of the ocean from the upper level, and also a very short walk to several bars and restaurants. Everything was in order and the hostess was most accommodating and helpful. We're hoping to stay there again.

My adult daughter and I shared the condo for a week, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The bedrooms on two separate levels provided privacy for both of us, and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat! Even the parking spaces were great, because we could unlock the cars from the balcony. This came in handy, as we simply hosed off our beach chairs and put them in the car - rather than having to carry them up four flights of steps. I would definitely rent this property again!

We found this gem and it was absolutely perfect for my myself, husband and 9 month old. It’s steps to the beach and was super clean - a huge plus! We loved sitting out in the balcony after our daughter went to bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of living space to spread out. Maisy was also very helpful with check in directions, everything from booking to check out was easy. It did not disappoint and will be back next year!
