The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

Arrival and check in was easily achieved. Some lights were not working and were fixed next day by James. The overall cleanliness was adequate with a few anomalies, the stove oven was filthy and James had it cleaned, tops of fridge and storage units needed a dusting, drapes by kitchen need to be washed other than that the place was as displayed in the photos. James was excellent and dealt with 3 items we felt needed immediate attention Unfortunately the pool was under repair and took 2 weeks have the work completed and a pump on the roof was broken and for all but the last 4 days we had a steady stream of water spraying our lanai as a result we were unable to sit on the lanai. It was certainly enjoyable the last 4 days. Overall it was a very nice, well located condo, that I would return too.

After 3 years of not traveling, we had a lovely 1 bedroom condo.Everything was fine and with help from James we enjoyed to the fullest. Loved the decor and easy to get around with walking to the beach .Also loved taking the bus from one block from condo.Very handy location for us. I would recommend Captain Cook Resorts and this condo.

Lovely, comfortable place full of whimsy and happiness.
Corner unit well illuminated in the afternoon, gentle light in the morning for an easy rise and easy to temperature regulate. (The AC units are very effective)
Highly recommend.

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:This is the first time my husband and I have stayed in a condo when we have gone on holidays and after doing it I don't think we could go back to staying in hotels Captain Cook Real Estate made the whole process very easy when you get a bit older you can become a bit skeptical about booking and paying for accommodation on line particularly when it is thousands of miles away but we couldn't have been more pleased with everything the apartment was spotless the position was excellent and there was everything you could possibly want in the condo, if I hade to give any negative feed back the only thing I could say would be that the shower that is in the bath could do with a grab rail to make it easier to get in and out of the shower but in saying that, that probably only applies if you are like me and over 60! Staying where we did made a good holiday great. Thanks again Captain Cook.
