Questo condominio completamente attrezzato è un facile, panoramico 2 ore di auto a nord di Toronto, nel cuore della bellissima Muskoka. Progettato dal famoso architetto Richard Wengle, la casa condominiale fa parte del Lakeside di Clublink al Rockycrest Resort. È adiacente al Rockycrest Golf Course a 18 buche classificato a livello nazionale e alla riva del lago Joseph, uno dei laghi più grandi e puliti della regione di Muskoka. La posizione del condominio è la migliore all'interno del resort con l'esposizione del patio SW che gode sia della privacy che delle lunghe giornate di sole. Con la camera da letto matrimoniale king size e il bagno privato, oltre alla cabina armadio al piano principale, ci sono 3 camere da letto (2 camere matrimoniali e una camera con 2 letti singoli) e un bagno di 4 pezzi al secondo piano. La zona giorno principale ha un soffitto a 2 piani della cattedrale e un annesso schermato in veranda (sala muskoka). C'è un barbecue Weber nel patio.
Il condominio è splendidamente decorato con mobili di alta qualità, cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, grande tavolo da pranzo per famiglie che può ospitare 10 persone, pavimenti in legno massello chiaro, camino al piano principale, 2 TV a schermo piatto con lettore dvd e servizio lavanderia. Tutte le lenzuola, biancheria da letto di alta qualità e asciugamani sono forniti.
I servizi del resort includono 3 ristoranti, 2 piscine, moderne strutture per l'allenamento, vasca idromassaggio sul lago, biciclette, campi da tennis, canoe e kayak, campi da basket, tavoli da biliardo, trampolini d'acqua, campo per bambini (solo in estate, supplemento), e facilmente percorsi escursionistici gestiti.
Oltre a tutte le attività estive, questa è davvero una struttura a quattro stagioni con spettacolari colori autunnali e pattinaggio, racchette da neve e sci di fondo (sci alpino sul Monte St Louis è a 30 minuti di distanza) sono solo un breve elenco di attività invernali su arato strade e sentieri.

A marvellous condo, perfect for a family. All the amenities one would look for, and excellent communication with our host. Highly recommend!

Although we enjoyed our stay at the cottage the facilities which were a big draw for us have been neglected for some time. The “children’s pool” or upper pool was very cold and obviously not looked after - we had to clean ourselves, including getting frogs from pool. There was no life guard at lower pool and we had some issues with older rowdy boys diving in pool and basically misbehaving even though we spoke with them. Whole resort is tired and could use a upgrade.

We've shared this wonderful cottage with a family of friends over Victoria Day long weekend and we were so impressed with all the amenities and attention to detail. The cottage is super comfortable for 8 people, the kitchen has everything you might need and the patio area is just lovely. We even got tennis rackets, a basketball, puzzles and a whole array of other accoutrements we didn't have a chance to enjoy. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

Wonderful well appointed cottage
We've shared this wonderful cottage with a family of friends over Victoria Day long weekend and we were so impressed with all the amenities and attention to detail. The cottage is super comfortable for 8 people, the kitchen has everything you might need and the patio area is just lovely. We even got tennis rackets, a basketball, puzzles and a whole array of other accoutrements we didn't have a chance to enjoy. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

The resort amenities with tennis, basketball, golf, hiking trails and the usual water amenities including pool offers something for everyone and the family thoroughly enjoyed the stay in the resort, the 3 restaurants and the house. The house is super cozy with 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty space for extended family and is super well equipped. We can only recommend this place and Rod was super to deal with.

We had a fabulous time in this well equipped unit. Kitchen did not lack a thing including spices. Lots of games and puzzles and a huge video library. The property itself offers great trails for winter activities. A very accommodating host.

Great summer vacation getaway!!
Loved staying here - all the amenities needed in a kitchen were at your finger tips, spacious, relaxing especially with out door area as well as the indoor living space. The "frog" pond was a bonus not to mention the nets for catching them!! Waterfront area was great, a bit of a hike but a 3 minute walk is nothing to complain about when you have boats, slides, beach and pool to choose from.Lots to do for kids (play area) and wonderful golfing. A definite winner!!

Extremely comfortable and well appointed
The condo/cottage is exactly as advertised, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed. The resort has decent (but not luxurious) amenities, and the golf course is great.

A nice place to be when you just want to getaway from the city.
The place was well equipped with everything you have at home. It accommodated 9 people nicely. Woukd be nice if there were activities to do in the winter. It seems like during the summer months there is lots to do.

Great time in a Winter Wonderland
Three things:
1. The owner Rod is a great guy and super easy to deal with. Everything on the transaction and information side was simple and hassle free. Upon arrival everything was perfectly in order including a small welcome gift from Rod which was a very nice touch.
2. The unit was in good condition and was exactly as advertised. Furnished wonderfully and even stocked with a few extras that made our stay even better than expected. The pictures you see here are exactly as wonderful as it oohs in real life.
3. We went over the holiday break and it was VERY cold (-30's) but the kids absolutely loved being outside tobogganing, skating, playing hockey, playing in the snow, going for walks, etc. I had some concerns that the kids would be bored but it was the opposite, they loved and want to return next year. I think this will be an annual tradition of experiences for the kids.
Thanks much to Rod for the great unit, appreciate everything and I highly recommend this resort in the winer and Rod's unit!
