Clean and updated unit. Plenty of room for 4 to 6 people. The balcony is awesome overlooking the intercostal waterway. Saw dolphins several times. Parking is tight but adequate. Water park included was a lot of fun. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the property. The elevator is old and slow. Plenty of food options that are close. Spent one morning at the beach. Quick walk to beach. I may come back next year if we decide to go to Florida. They owners are awesome and accommodating.

Our trip to Cody and Jessica's condo was fantastic!!! When our plane landed we were greeted with a kind text message from Cody letting us know the property was ready for us to check-in. The directions on how to access the property were clear and we got right in. The unit was very clean (and we are admittedly picky)! Cody checked-in during the week and was responsive on our one question regarding check-out procedure, but everything is so thoughtfully put together we never really needed his assistance! The location is great, with a five minute walk to the beach and Splash Harbour only an elevator ride away. I would take our daughter to Splash Harbour in the morning, and then hit the beach in the afternoon once my wife was up and moving with our beach bags packed! Splash Harbour is open to the public and serves alcohol, so it gets a diverse crowd with some groups settling in for the day and others like us doing a pre or post-beach dip. It is well-staffed with a great lazy river and two big slides as well as nice area with smaller slides for the kids! There are famous restaurants and bars a short distance away, as well as a VERY well-stocked CVS that made life easy when we needed an odd ball item at different times. Cute, well decorated, clean condo in setting with water park. Comfortable beds. All appliances work. Only a 5 minute walk to the Indian Rock beach, which despite its name, is not rocky, but is sugar white sand. Also close to several nice restaurants. Nice views from balcony patio. Only FYI - does not provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer. No biggie - There is a pharmacy nearby to get your supplies. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property- just as it appears in pictures with beautiful views and easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the water park. Hosts are excellent communicators and we will be back for sure!! So cozy and everything you need and more on vacation!

We had an amazing trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The condo is just like it was advertised online. It is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. They even provided a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for us to easily take everything down to the beach, which was a nice short walk to get to. The water park passes were great too. The kids enjoyed the water slides and the lazy river. We did have a slight problem with the plumbing when we were there, but I messaged Cody and he responded immediately and had the issue resolved within an hour! I highly recommend staying here, and we plan to come back for sure!

My family and I stayed at this condo for a few days in March. Perfect location for beach in the morning and water park in the afternoon. Very clean and host is very responsive. Would stay again if we are back in the area.

We had a great time! Great communication and easy check-in. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and in a great location. You can't go wrong w any of the nearby restaurants. Lots of live music, which we loved! We went to the water park a couple of the days, and it was a lot of fun! The beach is an easy close walk. We took advantage of the Suncoast Trolley & took day trips to Clearwater & Madeira Beach. We didn't have a rental car so we used Walmart delivery for groceries - super easy + convenient! 10/10 vacation!

We had ages 2-75 stay with us and we loved it. My kids went to the water park everyday, it was amazing to have it on property! Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Condo was a great size and had everything you’d want. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and the beach. Would stay again!

We love vacationing here! This is our third year at Indian Rocks Beach and our 2nd year at this condo! Such a great place, very clean, well stocked, and owner very responsive and a great host. Only thing that would make this place better would be a more comfortable couch/ chair for families. We had one chilly breezy day that ended up a movie day. But other than that we made it to the beach everyday, a quick 5 minute walk. And made it to the water park twice! The kids absolutely love it here! Such a quiet sweet community everyone seemed very pleasant! We hope to come back again next year!

Our family had a great experience staying in this condo. The place has a great view, is very clean and has everything you will need! The kids loved having the option to go to the beach or water park. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, water park, several restaurants and a CVS. It is also a short drive to several attractions and grocery stores. We will be returning!

We had some troube finding the building, but everyone was so friendly around the resort they helped us. once in the codo we found it to be very clean and well decorated. Everthing was exactly as described. Short walk to the beach, water park, and great dining in the area. I would highly recommend this unit, especially to families with young children.

I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. Well was way more then expected. Beautiful comfortable decorated home! Had games, TV in each room and great books to read, started reading Harry Potter (too bad - needed more time to finish. ☺️☺️). Was just a great experience overall. I truly recommend this vacation Condo - you will not be disappointed. Also great communication with Host. Very sweet!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo is very clean, and nicely decorated, beds were comfy. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we even got to see dolphins. The water slides were so fun, easy walk or drive to the beach and several nearby restaurants. All the beach equipment was provided and we spent several hours enjoying the views, white sand and warm ocean water. We also had fun visiting John's Pass in Madeira Beach, cute shops and restaurants. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place is immaculately clean (very important with an 18 month old) and the photos do not do it justice. You can tell a lot of time, effort and thought has been put into the decoration and amenities (loved the under cupboard lights that illuminated in the bathrooms when you walk in - very nice touch). The location is absolutely perfect with the water park included with your stay and the beach is just a 2 minute walk. I loved the fact we had an intracoastal view, rather than a water park view for the privacy and noise aspect, many a happy peaceful hour was spent watching dolphins and manatees swim by. Cody was a communicative and responsive host (not that we needed anything) and check in / out and stay instructions were clear and detailed. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The decor is beautiful, and we loved the balcony overlooking the waterway. The walk to the beach is not long at all, and the beach is beautiful. We actually only used the Waterpark one day of our trip, as it was pretty crowded most days. The Waterpark would be amazing for families with younger children, versus our teens. Next door to this property is a park with a beach volleyball court, if you are into that. You can definitely walk to get ice cream, baked goods and coffee at a cute bakery, or have dinner at several restaurants. The condo owner, Cody responded immediately when we had a small issue with the TV and got it fixed immediately.

This condo was beyond perfect! It was beautiful, with plenty of extra supplies of everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, we had great communication with the owner, and the location was great!! The Waterpark was our favorite place! Loved the bar attached and the snack shack! Great vacation!!

The condo was nice and spacious with a lovely waterway view from private balcony. Resort sun decks were available on upper floors with Gulf views. Very detailed information/instructions were provided by the host. Location was terrific for beach access, drugstore, and a variety of dining venues. Great value!

My family stayed for a few days and Oh. My. Gosh it was absolutely PERFECT! My kids (ages 9, 8, and 7) all LOVED the water park, but when they got bored - over to the beach! And that was perfect too! Short walk, CVS on the way (in case you forget anything), tons of food places, shopping, ice cream. Everything was in walking distance. Ubers were very readily available for evening trips to Clearwater, or for us, back to the airport. The VRBO was absolutely beautiful. Everything we could have needed was there, and communication with the owners was there if we needed it, which we didn't. This was our FIRST non-hotel vacation, and we are sold!! My husband said over and over, OMG this is amazing!!! The water park is great for older kids. The bar is there for parents. My kids (who are normally very clingy) were running around, the park wasn't too big or too crowed to cause panic. It was great and very clean! Highly recommend this beautiful condo, and this wonderful area! I have no doubt that we will be coming back again!!! Thank you Cody!
