Exquisite 2 BR / 2 BA Waterfront Beach Condo + Free Water Park!
Nuovissimo condominio sul lungomare 2 BR / 2 BA a Harborside al Marker 33. La nostra struttura vanta ampie vedute dell'Intracoastal da un balcone privato, si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla spiaggia e risiede nel cuore di Indian Rocks Beach!
Gli ospiti possono uscire direttamente dalla proprietà e accedere a numerosi ristoranti, bar e negozi locali. Il nostro condominio include 4 pass giornalieri per parchi acquatici - un valore di $ 100 al giorno! Gli adulti possono rilassarsi a bordo piscina con accesso a ristoranti e bar completi in loco, mentre i bambini possono godersi gli scivoli del parco acquatico a grandezza naturale, il fiume pigro riscaldato di 600 piedi, la laguna blu e altro ancora. Pesca tutto ciò che vuoi dai moli proprio fuori! Ti godrai anche i tramonti sull'acqua del golfo da due terrazze esposte a ovest.
L'interno della 415 è progettato su misura con splendidi decori. È perfetto per famiglie o coppie in luna di miele. L'unità ha colori della vernice freschi e tranquilli e piastrelle e pavimenti in legno aggiornati. Tutto è nuovissimo, leggero e arioso.
Non vediamo l'ora di averti nel nostro angolo di paradiso!

Cody and Jess have a beautiful condo! It was super clean and comfortable. They have everything needed for a fun beach day (wagon, chairs, towels, etc.) and just a short walk to the beach! Perfect location with covered parking (BIG plus) Beautiful balcony view. My three year old LOVED the water park! All in all, wonderful vacation in a beautiful condo! Thanks Cody and Jess!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Cody and Jessica’s place. The condo was immaculate, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. There was truly nothing we needed that wasn’t provided. As a family traveling with a child, we prepared many of our meals at the condo, so having a kitchen stocked with everything we needed was a huge plus.One of our favorite parts of the stay was relaxing on the balcony overlooking the canal. We’re also notoriously picky about beds and were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the accommodations were.The location was fantastic. Our son could not get enough of the water park—it was, in his opinion, the highlight of the entire trip. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, with soft sand, gentle waves, and a quieter atmosphere than many Florida beach destinations. We loved being able to walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the water park, pool, and beach all in the same day.Indian Rocks Beach struck the perfect balance for our family. It has a laid-back, relaxed feel compared to nearby St. Pete and Clearwater, which are wonderful to visit but much busier. We especially enjoyed morning coffee from The Grove Surf Coffee and had a fantastic meal at The Guilty Sea.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach getaway.

This place and this town is beautiful ! Cody and Jessica have outdone themselves with the interior of their condo! In addition, the location between the waterway , marina and beach with the included waterpark was fantastic ! Many people have beautiful places for you to stay in but when you have the hospitality of Cody and Jessica added in , it’s unbeatable ! We WILL be back !!!
