Questo bellissimo loft con vista sull'oceano si trova a SotoGrande, nella zona esclusiva di Cap Cana, a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto di Punta Cana. Cap Cana è uno sviluppo recintato con un porto turistico, campi da golf, maneggi, zip-liner, spiagge e ottimo cibo! Siamo situati a pochi passi dal Sanctuary Hotel, Secrets e Juanillo Beach.
Loft Life è stato completamente rinnovato e comprende tutte le nuovissime lenzuola, articoli da cucina, mobili e accessori. Si tratta di un soppalco al 3 ° piano con soffitto a volta che ha la cucina, 1/2 bagno e soggiorno al piano inferiore. Il piano superiore ha una camera da letto con letto king-size e bagno completo con WC separato e cabina doccia. Se apprezzi un posto che include tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, questo posto fa per te.
C'erano due cose che ci hanno venduto su questo loft.
1. I panorami sono assolutamente incredibili. Non ci sono viste migliori in tutto Cap Cana (abbiamo guardato molto). L'ora d'oro con un mojito sul nostro patio è una delle nostre cose preferite da fare!
2. La privacy qui è qualcosa che non troverai in altri resort. Non volevamo lottare per le sedie a sdraio, aspettare in lunghe file, ascoltare sbattere le porte degli hotel e sentirci come se fossimo disturbati tutto il tempo. Quando andiamo in spiaggia vogliamo essere in grado di ottenere buon cibo, divertimento e dormire serenamente la notte.

Quiet area in Cap Cana perfect for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful loft with excellent views, large pool, small little beach area was nice too. Kelly was the perfect host with easy and quick communication as well as great tips for the area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a more quiet area to retreat to each day.

Beautiful condo, exactly as shown in pictures. The entire complex is clean, well groomed and very well maintained. Good quality bed linens and towels which we always appreciate. This condo has a million-dollar view of the beach, ocean and pool-absolutely stunning. Kelly was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any queries we may have had. Excellent information provided with regard to accessing the property as well as helpful general information about services and amenities available in Cap Cana. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is an amazing facility, and we highly recommend it for travelers looking for relaxation and peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of an all-inclusive resort.The host is very knowledgeable about the area, provides helpful advice and contacts, and is responsive to all inquiries. The pool area always has plenty of places to sit and relax.The complex is somewhat isolated, so if you want to leave the property you’ll likely need transportation such as a taxi, rental car, or golf cart to explore other parts of Cap Cana.We really enjoyed Sanctuary Town for dinners and found the dining options there to be good compared to other areas. The views from the condo are amazing, and the listing is exactly as described.Cap Cana overall felt more upscale than many other areas, especially around the marina. However, we mostly came to relax, and aside from one day exploring, we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and the peaceful setting. The grounds are very well maintained, and they work hard to keep the sargassum out of the small bay.We would definitely book this unit again.

We just returned home from the DR and staying in the condo. I will say the photos accurately depict the unit. To no fault of the owner, the seaweed was absolutely out of control during our trip. So much so that there was zero chance of enjoying the beach and the view of the water from the room was brown water. Vaguely, in the distance you could see pretty blue water that everyone comes to the DR to see. Again, no fault at all of the manager/owner. The manager was responsive to the few texts I sent asking for recommendations. The property itself - getting there from the airport was a breeze. We rented a car which is a MUST when you're not staying at an all-inclusive in the DR. The property itself was an absolute ghost town. I wasn't sure if we screamed if anyone would even hear it. The parking lot had maybe 10 cars in it and we only saw about that many people the whole time we were there. Finding building 6 from the garage was confusing - even finding the lobby from the garage was confusing... but we managed to figure it out. The building and grounds are showing their age. There's an abandoned restaurant on-site, fountains that no longer work, part of the pool was under construction, construction happening in the unit right next door to us that was noisy. We found the area to be limiting on food options and overall things to do since the beach wasn't an option at the condo. Every activity was 45 min away in Punta Cana. Overall, I def would not return.
