This property was perfect for our family, with 3 kids, grandparents, and uncle and aunt.
We appreciated the washer and dryer, the second refrigerator, the clean and quiet beach and location, the space in the bedrooms, and the way it was setup made it very quiet in the bedrooms. We also loved that each bedroom has a bathroom, that the living room had enough seating for all of us, and, of course, the big covered porch made for great sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to make lunches and dinner, and Kay was great to communicate with.
It was too bad the pool wasnt heated, so we didnt get to use that.
We would definitely recommend this place.

You will never beat the location for the price of the townhouse! The porch was my absolute favorite! The beach is right there and the pool is next door! Love having two refrigerators and loved that every one besides the master has two beds!

This property is the best "bang for your buck" that you're going to find for a beachfront unit that will house a large group. If you're looking for modern decor, high-end finishes and appliances, this isn't the place for you, but if you're looking for basic accommodations in a fantastic location at a price thousands of dollars lower than others of comparable size, this is your spot. Because of the stairs to get into the unit and additional stairs to get over the dunes to the beach, this would not be a suitable location for those who are handicapped or have mobility issues. Beach is not overly crowded since there are no high rises in the immediate area. Easy driving distance into Panama City or over to Destin for any activities you may want to do. Having 2 refrigerators in the unit was extremely handy since we were preparing most of our own meals, as was having a Publix and a Winn Dixie just a mile or 2 up the road. Bottom line. . .would I stay here again if I were traveling with a large group? YES!!

Great location, away from all of the hustle and bustle. House was a perfect fit for four families. Very clean and accurate to posting. Great owner and communication with property owner was good. Only negatives were the noisy neighbors upstairs and the mattresses need replaced. Would stay here again!

Loved being right on the beach This area of beach was very clean too. We had 4 families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom too.

Our huge family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Double Paradise. The location was fantastic! We had so much room, with the only downside being the full beds. We missed not having queen size beds. The upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy and the children seemed to run nonstop, but this was out of the owners control. Kay was so kind and helpful. We will most definitely consider this unit for our next vacation spot.

This was the perfect location for our group. Being right on the beach was so convenient and fun. We had a great amount of space for everyone and our host was amazing and accommodating which was so helpful!

It was a great place. Convenient and secluded from the busy panama area.
Clean for the most part. Needs some minor renovations/repairs.
There was one cock roach seen in the kitchen, but unfortunately most places have them so I over look things like that.

The location and size of this house are fantastic and amazing. The house is nice on the outside, but inside it needs updating with furniture and bedding. Sheets and towels have to be changed because they are old, stained and smell of dirt even though we wash them ourselves. We ended up buying new towels. It also needs a very deep cleaning especially in the ceiling fans that we also clean to be able to use them. Decorations and amenities to a minimum. Old or missing appliances, eg No blenders, No grill, No hair dryer. All said is so that future guests have an idea of what they are going to find. However, this home is in a great location and just steps from the beach.

House had everything needed. Lots of room. Kay was friendly and helpful. Deck has some level issues. The beds were hard. Stove was cracked but still useable. All in all our family had a great time.

The furniture is a bit worn out but it served its purpose. A bigger kitchen table would have been nice for how many people can stay there. Plenty of chairs for sitting on the covered porch area outside. We were able to rent beach chairs/umbrellas you just have to call a service. Pool was nice, a bit crowded at times but over all great for the kids.

Great stay
We stayed here for this first time and have already booked for next year. Plenty of space and the 2 Fridges and 4 baths were great to have. Great location away from the big crowds. Huge covered deck for cornhole.

House is getting some age but is still a very nice house on the beach. MS Kay had some work done on the deck and steps to the sand but still needs to repair a little more. It was hard to get up on the first step. We will stay again even with this issue.

We stayed here for our annual family vacation & it did not disappoint. The check in process was easy, the manager was great. The house is directly on the beach, & the pool is right next door. The house was very clean. We had no complaints. Very happy with our stay.

Such a great place for a family vacation
We stayed here for our annual family vacation & it did not disappoint. The check in process was easy, the manager was great. The house is directly on the beach, & the pool is right next door. The house was very clean. We had no complaints. Very happy with our stay.

Our only problem was the property manager showing up unannounced almost everyday that we were there. Felt like an invasion of privacy. Also she tried to have maintenance work done while we were there, until we told her we were not comfortable with that more than once she rescheduled the actual work but still has some e come in to look at the issues…. Also there was a lot of damage to the property that had happened the previous week. (Hole in the wall, broken fans , etc). Lastly with as much as we paid to stay here I expected nicer furniture and bedding. We ended up buying our own pillows and blankets bc the ones there looked like they had never been replaced…

Beautiful Property with Easy Access to a Lot!
The overall property was gorgeous and had everything that was stated on the listing was there. It was perfect to be able to have easy access to the beach with the private entrance. It was an awesome place to stay for the week and if I am ever back in the future, I will defiantly look at staying here again. The only difficulty was not having a code to get in or a lockbox like most VRBOs have. With staying in a large group here and only having two keys it was difficult when it came to leaving the house and not wanting to leave the door unlocked. Besides the entry problems, the property was amazing and Kay was so nice when it came to checking in and out!
