It should be noted that it is about 2 blocks for route 10 where the homeless have a large camp. I flagged down a police officer driving by the house and asked about safety. He said it is a relatively safe area, fine to walk in the day, but plan to Uber or drive at night. That’s what we did and all was good. The family room seating is enough for 5 unless you use the wooden kitchen chairs (not the best for movie watching or a house that sleeps 8). The subfloor in the second bathroom is failing and squishy. If a larger person stepped in that spot they could fall through. My children said their beds were comfortable. The master is a six inch foam. Not awful but not awesome. The house looks like the pictures. It is very aesthetically pleasing. With a few ungraded this house could be truly awesome.

This house and the Redamo Team were a dream! We got in a little earlier than check in, but the Redamo Team hooked us up and allowed us early access - shout-out for flexibility. Once inside, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and accuracy of the listing. There were plenty of towels and other necessities (cups, glasses, dishes,etc.) for our use and we did not want for a thing! Highly recommend this home-we had six adults and one teenager and the place did not feel cramped and we all had the space we needed. The location was also perfect! The home is walking distance (approx. 20 min) from all the action - the river walk, French market, Bourbon Street, and a short drive (approx. 20 min) out of New Orleans for swamp tours and other nature excursions. Will stay again when in NOLA! Thanks Redamo!!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The pics do it no justice. It was close enough to the French quarters. Great cafes around the area. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was a perfect fit for my brother's bachelor party, which consisted of 8 guys. There was plenty of space for all of us and all of the amenities came as advertised. The check-in and check-out process was extremely straight forward, and having a digital lock for the property was very convenient. I could not have asked for better communication with the property management, they were quick to respond to questions and conveniently helped me add on a late check-out. Would absolutely recommend to a group looking to stay in NOLA, close to all the action.

Great for a NOLA Bachelor Party

The house was as pictured, nice and open and clean. We had some unexpected parades with music and lots of folks, as the local community peacefully protested plans for a city hall in Treme. Property managers were responsive, but we did have to reach out because there was no laundry detergent and the small gas grill ran out of gas after only a short time. Wish there were instructions for using the house alarm and would be helpful to have instructions for the oven also - managed to have the timer wake me on 3 of the nights. Could also use more than 1 frying pan and baking pan/sheet. Off-street parking is nice for 1 vehicle, but was tight with a Toyota Sienna van. I don't think you would get a full-size pickup parked in that space. Property is walking distance to Jackson Square, French Quarter, and Bourbon Street.

Easy walk from the French Quarter, but a very quiet location that made it nice and peaceful when we wanted to get away from that vibe. There is a great coffeehouse a block away (shoutout to Treme Coffeehouse). We were had the amazing experience of getting to witness a full on jazz funeral right outside the house - definitely authentic New Orleans! We would absolutely stay again!

You have to stay here!!!
I rented this property for a girls weekend away with 6 ladies, 4 of whom haven’t been to NOLA before and they loved it. The place is brand new and lives like your dream house with top-drawer amenities. The location is ideal because it’s an $8 uber ride to the heart of the French Quarter but you could totally walk in the daytime if you need to walk off your gumbo and hurricanes. There’s a nifty coffee shop down the street with great brews and a Whole Foods within walking distance but not much else in terms of grocery shopping . The neighborhood is transitioning so if you are looking for the perfect, manicured, tree-shaded neighborhood of the Garden District, you might be a little disappointed but it’s a far cry from unsafe. The beds for the most part are comfy but the twin beds mastresses are covered in plastic and are a little crinkly. But I’m really digging for something critical to say about this place. Just stop reading and book this place before someone else does...

Best Vacation House in Nola
I could not recommend this house enough. The place is beautiful, even better than the pictures. Plenty of open space and natural light for large groups. Very tall ceilings, comfortable beds, and an amazing kitchen. This house has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home in New Orleans. Add to that you are only a 10-15 min walk from the French Quarter and Bourbon St, its in a great location.
My praise doesn't end at the house though, the management team are truly fine people. They made check-in and check-out an absolute breeze. My friend accidentally parked in a no-park zone and was towed. Shannon helped us locate it and get it back. I wished I could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay!
The house was great. Very nice. Didn’t have any problems with the house or our stay so we didn’t have to call the property manager about anything. There was eight of us and had plenty of room. Would stay there again if we go back to New Orleans. We did not walk anywhere because we didn’t know neighbor. We took a taxi everywhere we went. Had some awesome drivers.

Excellent for Large Groups
Rented the house for my daughter's birthday celebration. The house was perfect for a large group. Clean and comfortable. An easy 15 minute walk to the French Quarter. Very easy to pick up uber/lyft from the house as well and the rates were very reasonable. I would highly recommend it for any family or large group that want the flexibility of enjoying their coffee or cocktails leisurely, or do not want the fuss of having to find a breakfast spot because we can do all that in the house. The owners were easy to work with and even let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful House
The house was beautiful and worked great for our group. The little touches were nice and we found useful (Blow dryer, coffee maker, games, keyless entry). The gated parking spot was also nice and there is plenty of room on the street for an additional car. This was about a 15 min walk to Bourbon street. Only negative I had was the construction on the houses next door. Overall beautiful and accommodating house, we would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Amazing home
The home itself is unreal, so beautiful on the inside, such a great location to the quarter and Bourbon. It was perfect for my bachelorette party. I could have lived in the master bath! Ashley was so helpful along the entire way, will be booking again for sure! Thanks for everything!!

Our stay in NOLA
We had a family vacation with my sisters and their spouses, there was seven of us. We were lucky enough to stay at Chris and Ashley's Vbro. It is beautifully decorated, yet at the same time it is so easy to feel at home in. We loved being able to sit outside on the deck at the end of the day sharing stories and memories. It is the little things that make a house a home like the deck of cards on the refrigerator to the welcome gift we received after arriving, it could not have went any smoother.

Nice house but way too hot
The house itself was beautiful, but we had an issue with the AC that was never resolved. The owner had it locked on Away at 79, so we fried.

Beautiful property, very well kept and adorable design.
We just spent the weekend in the property for my sisters bachelorette and it was an amazing experience! Ashley was super helpful and welcoming. The house was in a great location for the full New Orleans experience- definitely would recommend a stay here :)

If I had to more hands I'd give a 4 thumbs UP
Went for a Bachelor Party to New Orleans, the House was great, Chris and Ashley were even better. I had a simple TV issue and Chris was more than accommodating to help. The house itself springs up on you when you first arrive, but don't let that fool you. The inside is gorgeous and well decorated. Fantastic for any sort of event weekend or just a quick stay. $5.00 uber ride to Bourbon. Highly recommended.

Great Place
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. We rent homes at least once a year and this was an excellent choice. It had everything we needed - even shampoo. The kitchen had everything you would need and dishes, silverware etc were new and clean. The towels were large and fluffy which is something I always look for.
The home was about a 15 minute SLOW walk from the French Quarter and we felt safe in the neighborhood.
