Più recente al mercato degli affitti, il nostro spazioso e aperto 4 BR 3 BA 3400 piedi quadrati rifugio di montagna si trova vicino a ettari e ettari di terreno forestale nel bellissimo South Lake Tahoe. Situato in un quartiere residenziale privato circondato da bellissime montagne e chilometri e chilometri di sentieri. In inverno godere di sci di fondo, snowshoeing e la mobilitazione di neve proprio fuori la porta d'ingresso! Breve corse per il comprensorio sciistico celeste, Sierra a Tahoe e Kirkwood.
Godetevi la ricreazione di tutto l'anno nel quartiere Paradise Tahoe vicino a Heavenly Village, Epic Discovery, Camp Richardson e spiagge circostanti, nonché un accesso immediato a Tahoe Rim Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, Fallen Leaf Lake, Echo Lake, Mt. Tallac e altro ancora!

I can't say enough good things about Karen and her beautiful family home. One of the best on the block I'd say. Karen, thank you for your consideration and accomodation. The place was spotless and perfect. We all had fun playing pool and enjoying the hot tub. The doggos enjoyed the wide open, well fenced yard. The neighborhood is peaceful, the view of the vast mountain is beautiful. Holiday Market is right around the corner with anything you may have forgotten. The kitchen, was perfect for cooking all meals. We can't wait to return! Thank you again for everything.

This house was perfect for my whole family ski trip. A beautiful mix of cabin charm in a luxurious space. My whole family agreed we all want to come back soon. Wonderful hosts who arrived before us to prep the cabin and clear the snow befor our arrival. Karen was easy and available to communicate before during abd after our trip.

Wonderful property with lots of amenities. Hot tub and pool table were a big hit. Kitchen was fully stocked (spices, oils, condiments, etc.) which helped make cooking at home a breeze. Rooms were all cozy, comfortable, and clean. Host was very communicative and made the whole process easy. Thank you!
