We had a wonderful week in the home, which is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen lacks for nothing and there are beach chairs and skim boards and boogie boards for use, so you don't have to bring them with you to the Cape. We will return!

We absolutely loved staying here for a week. The house was spacious and was in a perfect location. We loved that we were able to bring our four legged children with us! The lake is just a short walk down the street and we were able to bring the dogs for a nice swim. We will definitely be renting here again!

The space in the house and the yard were perfect for our family vacation, which included grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. The kitchen was well appointed and the pantry very helpful since we came with most of the food we needed.
The location was ideal - close to both Skaket and Nauset Beaches, Shaw's grocery store was just minutes away and we could walk down to Baker Pond.
The screened porch was spacious and a favored location for dinner for the adults when the little ones were finally all asleep. Also, our sons and grandsons loved the finished lower level - great for a rainy day!
We had a problem with the air conditioning. The house was excessively cooled when we arrived and the controls for the heat/cool were unresponsive to any adjustment. Despite a number of calls to Cape Cod Ocean View Realty, we never had any resolution and ended up opening windows and sliding doors to keep the indoors at an acceptable temperature. It was such a terrible waste of energy! And the responsiveness of the owner/management group was decidedly lacking.

This home is even better than the pictures. Plenty of room for everyone. The large main bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my elderly mother. The other 3 bedrooms and large bedroom above the garage are all spacious and comfortable. Bakers Pond is very close by where we brought our kayaks and some went fishing. Ocean side and Bay side beaches are a short drive away. The rental company and home owner are excellent. They were quick to respond to a question I had ( not about the house ), and very accommodating. Would love to rent this home again.

Great accommodations in Orleans!
Stayed with our extended family, including 5 kids, a newborn and 2 dogs. The house is spacious and well-appointed, with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms as well as 2 common areas indoors and a screen porch and large deck outside. We loved it and had a great time-I would highly recommend this property! Property management was responsive and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

House was clean, in good condition and had more than everything you needed. Kitchen is very well equipped and a pleasure to cook in. Beds are comfortable. Game room was fun for all. We particularly enjoyed the screened porch - so comfortable. Best part, we could include our 4-legged family member. Cape Cod Oceanview is a pleasure to work with ad very responsive to any questions or issues.

Actually could have done another family or two comfortably. Wonderful provisions in kitchen, board games and outdoor water:beach supplies. We brought our 5month old dog with us and place is so subtly and wonderfully compatible with pets without feeling like you’re living with other pets’s mess. There is an amazing master bedroom suite on the main floor which is perfect for seniors who do not love stairs or step-in showers. The bunk house was great for my teenage daughters and friends, and we all enjoyed the fully equipped game room downstairs. The house has central air and fans in almost every room. There was a great screened-in porch as well as an outside deck that connects. 5 min drive to beaches on bay-side or ocean-side and plenty of paths to walk/hike with pets. Our only issue was that the grill needed to be cleaned, but once we did that it worked well and we BBQ’d every night.
