Clean, stocked with everything you could need. Awesome deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Literally steps from a gorgeous beach. Owner was quick to respond when I had questions. Look forward to returning!

This property was truly amazing, had everything we needed. Had a problem with outside hose and was fixed right away. The beach is beautiful for sunrises and sunsets. Weather was perfect everyday. Definitely a 5 star.

Our stay in Emerald Isle was everything we’d hoped for! The house was lovely and beautifully kept. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Our hosts communicated and we’re so kind. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Duplex was spacious and clean. Only concern was location of staircase upstairs could be a safety hazard for small children or others that might not be paying attention.

This home is very well kept and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The views from the decks are amazing! Comfortable home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and are definitely willing to stay at this property again. It had everything we needed to make our vacation what we were hoping for :)

We had a Fantastic Week at this Wonderful Place! The house was comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and well maintained. Large enough for 6 adults to be comfortable. Great location that's close to everything. The views are spectacular from coffee in the morning to drinks in the evening. Great communication with the owners. If you are looking for the perfect week at the beach, this is your place! A++++

This property was the perfect family-gathering place! Perfectly situated on a quiet beach with four nice rooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen had everything we needed and the double decks gave sun and shade options for guests. Check-in was simple and owner was responsive and accommodating when we had a question.

Our stay couldn’t have gone much better. Emerald Isle never disappoints. Neil and Francine were able to accommodate our early checkin on such a short notice (my fault) with absolutely zero hassle. We had sunshine and perfect weather all week in October. The rental was very well maintained. I’ve stayed at others in very close proximity and though it might sound foolish To some let me just say these beds make all the difference in the world, so comfortable. You have everything you need at this place. Do not hesitate to book with them.

Great property. Very clean and well-equipped. Beach chairs could use updating. Nice to have Roku in all rooms. We connected our personal Roku to access the channels we watch and it worked fine.

An incredible week at a beautiful oceanfront home. Plenty of room for two families with immediate beach access. Prompt communication with the owners and a well-kept property made for an easy, no fuss vacation. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

The beds are extremely comfortable and nice touches include ceilings throughout, Roku TV in all bedrooms/family room, and a totally equipped kitchen. The only thing missing is a long mirror somewhere for dressing and trying on that new swimsuit :) The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

The bathrooms were very clean, bedrooms were nice and had plenty of space, new mattresses, and large closets. We were surprised how much room we had for it being a smaller unit. The seating in the living room, kitchen area and porch were very comfortable and accommodated our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, griddle, toaster, and Kuerig. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks in the bathroom and on the deck for wet towels, and mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful for the ladies. Thanks for the great stay!

Very clean and right on the beach!
We had to cut our trip short due to the hurricane but we still had a good time. The place was very clean and well stocked. It's an older home but was updated nicely. The access to the beach is great, steps away. Just wish we could've stayed longer.
