We loved our stay! This condo was bright, newly renovated and in an amazing location in Key Largo. The bedrooms were large and had a split floorpan, and the kitchen was very well stocked. There was a nice shared area downstairs with a pool, kayaks, bikes and dining tables and a boat slip. The balcony was great to watch sunrise on. Our FAVORITE meal was just next-door at Key Largo Fisheries - backyard. Straight off the boat seafood, in a very casual environment. They also have a great store. We loved kayaking to the next canal over and watching the dolphins at the Dolphin Plus facility. This part of Key Largo is very friendly and family forward, and we could have cruised canals for hours. Only downside - master bath was tiny and no hang up storage in closet, and I was not aware that it was 2 flights of stairs up. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had another great stay! Love the location, having access to the boat slip is great, and property is always clean. Great amenities!! Hopefully we’ll be back again.

The place is very nice as advertised in the pictures. Fully equipped. I would only recommend brining a couple laundry pods to wash the towels. The pool was a good size and with the sun out, warmed up very nice. We were traveling with kids ages 12,9,5 so they spent a lot of time in the pool. There is a dolphin area 1 block from the house. You have to book swimming with dolphins in advance so we didn't do that. But we kayaked through the chanel and watched the dolphins being fed and trained( we were there around 10 am and that seemed to be the right time for it). That was the highlight of our kids vaca. (The kayaks were provided with the place.) There are at least 2 seafood places within walking distance. Overall, amazing spot to stay!

The Villa is incredible! Everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay. Less than 5 minutes to the open ocean and the pool and kayaks were a great addition. Annie was great and was readily available with any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay at this 4 unit condo with pool and canal access. We were so close to great snorkeling at Pennekamp with a waterfront restaurant .5 block away. The condo was lovely but we just didn’t have enough time to use the kayaks or bikes! Had a great time. Thank you Annie.

The property was even better than the photos! We loved the owner’s coastal decorating style. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the canal and boats. Even saw a manatee and her baby. The owner was very responsive to my questions before and after we arrived. She even gave us wondering,restaurant recommendations. It is a small condo building with only 4 units. The other quests were fun and helpful especially since they had been coming to the place for over 10 years. You will not be disappointed when you rent this property!

Easy to travel too and from the rental! Walking distance to great food and fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Annie was great at communicating before and during our stay. The condo was very clean, and as pictured. Nice updated decor. Kitchen well stocked. Beach towels provided which was great. The pool is nicer than pictured with a small covered area and new lounge chairs. The location at the end of the canal provided a nice view. Really enjoyed being able to walk to Pilot House and the fish market. The notebook at the property was great for restaurant recommendations. Although we spent most of our time in other areas of the Keys (restaurants, fishing, etc) we did like the location of Key Largo due to the ease of getting to the Miami airport and the proximity to a resort we spent some time at. The neighborhood is what we call "old Florida", no frills but safe and nice. Don't miss - Robbies, Bahai Honda state park, Pilot House, Morada Bay-dinner and sunset. We would stay here again!

After our REALLY small rental in Key West it was wonderful to spread out in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath condo. Walking distance to two restaurants. Access to bikes and kayaks was a bonus. We used the bikes to check out the neighborhood. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had everything. Wonderful beach décor, responsive and helpful host. You do need a car here to enjoy the area, but there is lots to do in easy driving distance.

This property has great location, easy to find. It was very clean and quiet. We had some issues running the TV but Angie and Jorge were quick to help us figure it out. My only suggestion would be to have a couple washcloths. It was a great place and would highly recommend! We will definitely stay here again.

My husband an I stayed at Annie's place for our annual Key Largo trip. It was everything that was shown in the pictures. Conveniently located and right on the water!

This property and Annie are amazing! It was clean, well appointed and welcoming. Annie communicated well and answered ever question we had. I can't wait to stay here again.

Loved this place! It’s walkable to fishing docks and great casual restaurant. It’s is 3rd floor with no elevator, clean and well appointed. I’d suggest a baking dish and broiler For oven but otherwise great. Owner very receptive to questions. I’d def rent again thanks

Lovely apartment, close to everything in Key Largo. My husband and our friends all came for a group scuba trip, and the location was central to everything we wanted to do! Host was communicative, there were plenty of towels, and the washer and dryer were so helpful to have on hand.

We enjoyed staying at this property on our recent Keys vacation for our 20th anniversary! There was 2 adults and a teen on the trip. The condo was very clean and well equip. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, while chatting and having coffee. We came here mid vacation, so it was nice to have a washer and dryer to clean clothes (just be sure to pack some pods). The proximity to the fish market/restaurant is great. We walked there and were able to get great fresh fish to cook at the condo and also enjoyed a coupe meals, drinks and great music a couple other days. It was also nice to have a pool on site. There are 2 newer bikes, but I think the size may be more accommodating to women. I would suggest adding another larger framed bike and maybe an additional kayak or blow-up paddleboard to accommodate more guest use of marina/water activities. If you want to enjoy a coffee be sure to pick up some grounds at the store. There were small toiletries provided which was nice. The TV didn't offer many options, would have been great to have a smart TV or Apple TV to connect to use viewing apps. We did enjoy games of dominos each night. Owner was great at communicating check-in process and the checkout process was easy as well. If we are in Key Largo again this property would be our choice to stay at again. If you have a boat, the slip looked really nice.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and plenty of space. Our family enjoyed the canal views and use of the kayaks. The pool was very warm and never crowded. The condo is located minutes from TONS of great restaurants and lots of activities. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Christmas trip with our adult children. Enjoyed morning sunrises from the master bedroom and porch (which was fantastic for relaxing), easy access to get in kayak and paddle down canal to ocean. Wonderful treat kayaking to Dolphin Center to watch the dolphins through the fence. Pool is not big, but nice for short swim in heated pool. Inside of home was super clean and great layout. Kitchen is well stocked, but would suggest adding more towels for kitchen and bath. Easy access to many restaurants (by car), and walking distance to the docks where we left on our fishing charter. Could have definitely stayed a couple more days

This property was a perfect place to spend Christmas in 2021! The view from the balcony was beautiful, with pelicans flying around and fish in the clear water. The little Christmas touches were nice, the beds were comfy, the kitchen had all we needed, and the washer/dryer were a highlight for the wife. This was comfortable to relax in, the deck was great, the location was perfect for what we needed. The DMMR was over the road, the snorkelling was about 5 mins away and the same for parasailing. This was simply perfect for our family for Christmas!
