LA MIGLIORE POSIZIONE SU MAUI, ANCHE, LA MIGLIORE POSIZIONE NEL COMPLESSO !!! QUESTO È IL PARADISO!!! Abbiamo completamente rinnovato la nostra villa nel maggio del 2010 e le ristrutturazioni esterne dell'edificio sono state completate nel maggio del 2012.
Goditi le splendide viste sull'oceano e sul tramonto. Ero lì e dal mio lanai abbiamo visto le balene violare. Amerai le nostre splendide viste sull'oceano, sul campo da golf e sull'isola di Lanai. Questo condominio al piano terra si trova al decimo fairway ea breve distanza a piedi da 5 spiagge dove è possibile fare snorkeling con tartarughe giganti, nuotare, paddle board o prendere il sole. Puoi anche goderti un'ottima navigazione nelle vicinanze. Le spiagge sono fantastiche! Nuota in una delle 4 piscine del resort.
Gli ospiti godono inoltre di sconti golf e tennis senza costi aggiuntivi.
Il resort offre una navetta porta a porta Kapalua Resort con aria condizionata gratuita per le spiagge locali, i ristoranti, il Ritz Hotel, i campi da golf, i campi da tennis, i negozi Kapalua e il General Store.
Amerai i nostri armadi su misura in legno Koa e ripiani in granito, nonché pavimenti in porcellana nella zona giorno, cucina e bagni, nonché moquette nelle camere da letto. I nostri bagni hanno belle docce in porcellana. Abbiamo arredato la villa con mobili in stile piantagione in tutto. Nuovo top di gamma dei letti Simmons Beautyrest. Ci sono tre TV a schermo piatto, un lettore DVD e internet wireless ad alta velocità, nuovi elettrodomestici, tra cui una lavatrice e asciugatrice.
C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale e due letti singoli nella seconda camera che può essere trasformato in un letto matrimoniale. Abbiamo anche un terzo letto singolo nella seconda camera da letto e un letto gonfiabile Queen.

We had a great experience staying here. My family usually likes the resort setting or hotel, but this rental experience was awesome! Will hopefully be coming back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this Maui condo. The two bedroom layout was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after long beach days. The location was one of the biggest highlights with a short walk to one of the best beaches, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets, and amazing snorkeling. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, beach gear, and a relaxing lanai with beautiful tropical views. The beds were comfortable, the space was quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful and welcoming.We especially loved being close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions while still feeling tucked away enough to enjoy a true island getaway. The grounds were well maintained, and the pool and outdoor areas added to the resort like feel.This was an ideal place for a family vacation or couples traveling together. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Maui beach condo experience. We can’t wait to return.

Great villa in a great location. Easily walkable to the beach and many nearby restaurants. The villa was extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication from the owner was excellent, providing lots of information on the property and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Loved the location of the golf villas - gorgeous view and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. It’s so close to Kapalua Bay you can just hop down there in less than 10 minutes for a swim anytime. Had a fun lunch at the Burger Shack on the beach on the Ritz property, and we love the sushi at the bar at the Ritz too! Kapalua never disappoints, even without the Bay Course open right now. Mahalo for your kind hospitality.
