BELLA CASA SUL LAGO! Il meglio dei due mondi con questa bellissima casa sul lago nel Lago Oconee di Reynolds. Godrai di una vista ENORME sia sul Lago Oconee che sul campo da golf dalla maggior parte delle aree della casa. L'impressionante sala grande con impennate finestre sul lago dal pavimento al soffitto e camino in pietra è aperta alla cucina rinnovata e all'area pub completamente attrezzata che si affaccia sul lago e sul corso. Questa casa è ideale per intrattenere grandi o piccoli gruppi di familiari e amici. La camera da letto principale al livello principale vanta un camino e un lussuoso bagno con vanità per lui e per lei, vasca idromassaggio, doccia a doppia testa separata e bidet. Troverai un'altra bella camera da letto e un bagno completo al piano principale, oltre a un bagno di servizio. Il livello inferiore offre un ambiente tranquillo con una camera da letto principale inferiore con vista sulla baia del lago e una suite ideale per una giovane coppia o adolescenti. Particolarmente buono per noleggi a lungo termine.

This is a lovely home with a fabulous view of a cove and golf course! The host was welcoming and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend staying here! Our group of 8 adults and 5 children were well accommodated!

The house was great! Lake beautiful! Area perfect close to stores and everything needed. Management super responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Overall our group of 10 had a good stay at this house. The main living area was comfortable and great for games. I would say the house is adequate for a big group, but it looks nicer on the surface than it actually is - it could use some TLC. The location was great - convenient to Oconee Village (Publix), a couple of restaurants, and two boat rental places. The owners were very responsive and helpful prior to our stay. The listing is technically accurate, but does not really show you that the floorplan is quite convoluted downstairs - you have to go through the gameroom to get to the bedrooms. The master is directly off of the kitchen and has French doors, so light and sound come through easily. These are not dealbreakers, but are things I wish I knew before we booked. The biggest issue was that when we arrived the house was not cleaned to the standards I expect of a VRBO. There were food crumbs and dead bugs on the floor, the tablecloth was dirty, fixtures were grimy, the grill was unclean, and we had to wash many of the dishes before using them. The game room/garage area had a big hairball and lots of debris from the outside. The sheets on most of the beds were pilled and thus not very comfortable. If your main purpose is to enjoy the lake, this is a good option.

First things first...we really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Oconee waterfront home. Great location on the lake, very nice gated community and lots of beds for a big group. Our "but" though is related to cleanliness. In the era of COVID we just expected better. In fairness to the owner though, he was very responsive to our concerns and it appears as though he took them seriously, so hopefully this won't be an issue in the future. I would def give this location another shot though, in the hopes that the cleanliness issues were resolved.
