I love going to Pigeon Forge. The driveway was as described. The only thing I was not aware of were all the sreps outside and then inside as I was in crutches. So, this was difficult. I've stayed in this area and its nice and secluded for you and your dogs. The place was śet up nicely. I would recommend having extra blankets. My 2 boys were cold because they only had a sheet for the pull out sofa. I was looking forward to using the hot tub as well but because there was no step I was unable to get in. My son enjoyed it though. It had a great big porch and a nice porch swing. The only other suggestion would be to fix the doors. The bedroom door would not close and lock. We had to call about the outside door not locking and we could never get it to lock til we were leaving. Just a few things. I would stay there again for a weekend. Thank you.

The cabin was super cute, We have stayed in other for years. This one needs a little tlc.. the gas fireplace wasnt working which we realize they didnt list it as available but it was pictured and a little misleading. Lot of bulbs were burnt out when we got there, repair guys did fix that.. The tub wasnt working the first night but they came in fixed for us.. Realizing also that this is a pet friendly rental but there were many broken blinds also. Overall we were a little dissappointed with this rental but it didnt spoil the weekend.

We loved the convenience of being close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but we were not expecting the driveway to have 3 big potholes and the roof over the kitchen sink is leaking bad. Home is a little outdated and would be a nice cabin if these problems were fixed.

I was nervous after booking this and looking at the reviews. I read the jacuzzi was dirty, the stairs and drive way are bad. But it was great. The stairs outside were fixed and were perfect. The driveway was steep with a pot hole but I was prepared for it and my car went up it fine. The jacuzzi was completely cleaned and we used it almost every night. The cabin was freshly cleaned and had everything we needed. The couch didn’t have holes like i read in the reviews but it was peeling which was fine and didn’t affect our trip. We really enjoyed our stay here it was perfect.

The couch in the picture must have been when it’s new, couch is so warn that there is barely any leather seating left, only sports channels on living room tv, no remote for bedroom tv, lots of little maintenance issues around house. Trash and dirty diapers outside, clothes hanging from trees that guests must have dropped from the balcony. Very steep wooden steps outside with no lighting to see to climb at night. Ceiling fans in living and bedroom do not oscillate for air circulation. Maintenance came to look at tv and fans while we were gone but must have realized there was nothing that could be done because we didn’t hear back from them.

The views from the cabin were beautiful! The driveway is very steep which I did read in the previous reviews before booking. Just be warned. We managed to make it up multiple times in a Chevy Cruise after putting it in low gear but if there would have been any snow or ice on the ground it would not have been possible. The cabin could use a little sprucing up and definitely a new sofa but overall it was a great stay.

This was absolutely without a doubt the worse rental experience I’ve ever had. Arcade game doesn’t work, couch is worn out with holes, hot tub not clean, no toilet paper, no soap to wash hands in bathroom, bathtub dirty, when I called to complain they said somebody would be right there. Nobody ever showed up. After 5 calls they finally said someone would come the next day, which was the day I was leaving. I didn’t read reviews before renting. They knew arcade game didn’t work, they just want your money, but don’t want to put any money or upkeep on the property. DONT RENT

Arcade does not work. Jacuzzi was nasty and partly worked. Whole cabin smelled like dog piss. The neighbors were very harassing cursing at us trying to start a fight with us.

The location was good for what we were in town for but the driveway was very inconvenient and had several deep holes along it. They did not do a good job cleaning beforehand. The master garden tub was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere in the house and they did not clean the carpet upstairs from previous animals.

This cabin is in a nice area in between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. It is also very quiet. However, this cabin was very dirty, run down, and not well kept. There is also a very strong smell of urine throughout the cabin. Not a big deal, but one of the tvs did not work due to internet issues. The driveway is on a very steep incline so make sure your parking brake works. It would be nice to know that ahead of time. The shower head was not connected and there were spider webs throughout the house. My wife and I took as many down as we could in hopes that the next family coming would not walk into what we did. Overall it was disappointing for us. I still have it a 2 instead of 1 star because I won’t let someone else ruin our vacation. I still had my family with me!

Didn't love anything. This cabin was a big disappointment. A/C didn't work right,stayed 75degrees in cabin, arcade game didn't work, hottub water had a musty smell, didn't seem it had chlorine for years. Sleeper sofa was gross ,therefore granddaughter had to sleep in chair. It had dog or cat food all over it, and something black and disgusting all over it. I have pictures for proof.will never rent again.Took grandkids for summer vacation and got this. Doesn't even deserve half a star. Reported it all,and no response.

This place was covered in mouse poop. It was in all the silverware. So Gross!!! We had to purchase paper plates plastic spoons and forks.We tried to make a frozen pizza and the oven smelled so bad when it got hot we couldnt. We had to leave a day early because we couldn't sleep for the rodents running around all night. I would never rent this cabin again

This place was unpleasant to stay at. The driveway was very steep and hard to get in and out of. The stairs to the house were uneven and not the sturdiest. The inside of the house was also not cleaned well and needed many updates. The couch was very old and used, it counted as one of the beds because it was a pullout but it was dirty and uncomfortable along with there being no sheets or pillows for the pullout. The bathroom had no lock and the shower didn’t drain well so water came up while showering. There were also only sheets on one of the beds and no blanket to sleep with. The place was just overall not very nice and wasn’t very pleasant to stay at.

Some faults to it. The upstairs carpet smelled of urine from previous pets and the smoke alarm sounded after we cut in the heat this morning. A terrible electrical smell with smoke. Scary

Pet friendly but no grass for dogs unless you leave property and walk across the road
Remotes and tv don’t work properly
Grounds are not well maintained. Overgrown weeds and lots of trash on property
Dirty comforter on bed (blood or something) had to wash myself
Cabin has a lot of potential but needs updating.
If you are not physically git to go up lots of stairs snd very steep driveway this isn’t the place for you!

The house was very pretty, the beds were comfortable. But we had 5 guests and only 2 bath towels. There was not a blanket with the sheets for the fold out sofa. The floor right beside the bath tub is soft and looks rotted. The outdoor trash can got take up the mountain one night and dumped out, probably a bear.
The biggest thing is that the driveway is on such and angle it is difficult to use, we open the tailgate of our truck and stuff started sliding out because of the incline.

The cabin itself was nice and spacious for us and our 2 dogs. The driveway was the only downfall. We were made aware of it before we reserved the cabin though. It is extremely steep. But it made a nice place for us to enjoy our vacation!

When I booked the cabin it said the dates I wanted was unavailable, so I requested a refund. I never heard anything back when I called the couldn't give me any information. Had to call the day of arrival to get unlock code for the door, which looked like it had been kicked in. Couldn't even get in the driveway and the steps really need to be fixed. The smell in the cabin was horrible. I noticed the cabin was just sold,.so hopefully the new owners can hey everything fixed. But for now I do not recommend

The process of renting it was simple. This property is infested w termites and I have videos and pics to show this is accurate! The toilet seat was polluted with them and ceiling had termites holes drilled everywhere ! Management nor owners have reached out to me about this not apologized!

The driveway is EXTREMELY steep and difficult to back out of. I would not recommend staying here if you are driving cars that are low to the ground or traveling with more than one vehicle. Other than that, this was a great place to stay! The house is beautiful and well-kept

Overall a nice cabin and pet friendly but your pet will need to be part billy goat to go potty. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the cabin, then another flight of stairs to get to the main floor. Stone steps are in really bad shape, you have to be very careful, especially when carrying luggage, groceries, etc. Queen bed on main floor very firm, king size bed in loft very comfortable but foot of bed is higher than headboard side.

1. The dishwasher had sitting water in it upon arrival and didn’t work.
2. The stairs and walkway leading up to the house is dangerous, slippery and missing pieces of stone. Bring a flash light because visibility up and down hill is not great..
3. The upstairs king bed frame is broken so the bed sinks in the middle.
4. The AC stopped working halfway through our trip ( the thermostat is also broken so you cant adjust the temp)
5. The house is extremely dirty in general
6. Half the light bulbs in the house were burned out
7. The water in the hot tub was cloudy and did not get to temp.
8. There’s trash outside of the house
9. There’s this invisible hump in the middle of the kitchen floor that is very dangerous and is a trip hazard
