Beachfront Condo on Los Muertos Beach, Puerto Vallarta / Romantic Zone / Amapas
La nostra struttura è un condominio fronte mare con la sua spiaggia privata sulla famosa Playa Los Muertos di Puerto Vallarta. Il nostro spazioso condominio di 1.200 piedi quadrati ha due camere da letto, due letti king size e due bagni completi (cabina doccia / no vasca). La cucina include microonde, tostapane, frullatore e macchina per il caffè. Ben arredato, compresa la televisione via cavo nel soggiorno e camera matrimoniale, lavatrice e asciugatrice, aria condizionata (aggiornato con mini-split a partire dal 12 luglio 2017), e ventilatori a soffitto in tutto. La piscina si trova a pochi passi dal patio coperto dell'unità del primo piano. Blue Chair Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club e Sapphire Ocean Club sono tutti nelle vicinanze. Molti ristoranti e negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Ingresso recintato con reception 24/7.
La vista da Playa Bonita è sopra Banderas Bay. A 27 miglia di diametro, è la seconda baia più ampia del mondo. Le calme e limpide acque offrono lo sfondo perfetto per meravigliosi tramonti che puoi ammirare dal nostro patio. Da dicembre a marzo, la baia ospita la spettacolare megattera. Assicurati di programmare un tour di osservazione delle balene sulla baia.
Tra giugno e dicembre, le tartarughe Olive Ridley depongono le uova sulla spiaggia. Potresti essere abbastanza fortunato da vedere le tartarughine covare e farsi strada verso il mare.
Playa Los Muertos è un'ampia spiaggia sabbiosa ideale per il nuoto. I venditori locali vagano per la spiaggia vendendo i loro prodotti artigianali e il cibo prodotto localmente. Se non vuoi i beni che stanno offrendo, dì semplicemente "Gracias, no".
Il molo di Los Muertos è il posto preferito per la pesca della gente del posto. È possibile organizzare la propria spedizione di pesca da lì, o prendere un taxi acqueo in uno dei villaggi di South Shore accessibili solo in barca.

A Honest Love Letter (With a Few Asterisks)We loved this place — but we wished someone had written this review before we arrived, so here we are, paying it forward.The Good Stuff FirstThe balcony gate that opens directly to the pool? Chef’s kiss. We went from horizontal on the couch to floating in the pool in under 60 seconds. No “getting ready.” No key cards. The sunsets from that pool deck are genuinely stunning, and the view from the living room didn’t disappoint either.The kitchen is fully stocked — we cooked almost every meal we bought without hunting for a single missing tool. The secondary entrance is a quiet gem; didn’t need it for our trip, but if you’re coming with another couple, that’s a real perk.The property comes loaded with beach towels — more than you’d expect, and genuinely appreciated.The security guards were consistently friendly and helpful, and the host was quick to respond to a message when we had a question — both appreciated more than you might expect.The laundry works great — just run an empty cycle first to clear out any standing water, and grab some fragrant fabric softener while you’re at the store.Things Nobody Told Us (But Should Have)The beach umbrellas. There’s a designated area on the beach for guests, marked with a sign, with straw palapa umbrellas reserved just for you. You can bring your own food and drinks. Do NOT sleep on this. Seriously. Beautiful, clean property that is in walking distance to everything you can want in Puerto Vallarta. Marshall is an amazing host and will go the extra mile to see to your comforts.

The description states that you get a beautiful view of the sunset from your patio, that would be true if you weren’t looking through a large amount of electrical lines.There is a bar beneath the pool area that blasts techno music from about 4:00 pm to at least 1:00 am.The location is great to go across the street to the beach and there is a roped off area to sit. I wouldn’t consider it “beachfront” since you have to cross the street and walk past a bar to get there…Bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is adequate. Couch and mattress is uncomfortable.
