Galleggia lungo il fiume Guadalupe (noleggio di tubi accanto). Visita una cantina nella vicina Wimberly. Visita la più antica sala da ballo del Texas nelle vicinanze di Gruene. Partecipa a un concerto al Whitewater Amphitheatre. Fai shopping fino allo sfinimento a San Marcos, a pochi minuti di distanza. O semplicemente rilassarsi e rilassarsi su un bellissimo ponte con vista sul fiume. Qualunque cosa tu voglia fare, quando rimani qui lo sarà

This property was super clean, well stocked, and had a great balcony view of the river. The host was quick to respond and super helpful. The only frustration we had was with the parking situation. Only 2 cars are allowed to park on site. We had 6 people and 3 vehicles and the property security guard required us to park one vehicle about 1/2 mile down the road. Important to know if you’ll have more than 2 cars!

Our family (my husband, our two adult children and myself) enjoyed the beautiful view off the patio for a weekend. The property is located near tubing places and a grocery store. The home is updated and immaculate. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Bring your own tubes and float right in your stunning backyard. The master bed was AMAZING. Everything was great!

Great place to stay! The river was right in the backyard and the property had everything we needed. Tube rentals are walking distance from the condo. Will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our future trips.

The property was better than advertised. It's new and so close to the water. Everything was super clean and quiet. It's great that it is a 3 bedroom which is hard to find right on the water. Communication with the owner was super easy via text. It was also very handy we could walk to tubing location and enjoy the Guadalupe which was not overly crowded this weekend.

This place has it all. Beautiful location 100' from the Guadalupe River. You can sit in the river, float down it in tubes, or go to the pool and hang out. Our family had a blast. The wildlife is amazing, families of dear, ducks, we saw an owl. Plenty of good places to eat also. Definitely would recommend!!

The hostess is very responsive and helpful with things in the area. The condo was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook. The easy access to river was great. We even brought a little pop up 10x10 tent for extra shade in the water and it was wonderful. Tube rental next door or you can bring your own tube and pay for shuttle service.

Just stayed here this last week during spring break and it was wonderful! Wish we could have been there when it was a bit warmer to swim in the river but everything else was perfect. Condo is clean and well kept. Beds are super comfy and plenty of space for 6. Communication was exceptional and quick! Would deff recommend staying here!

Just stayed here this last week during spring break and it was wonderful! Wish we could have been there when it was a bit warmer to swim in the river but everything else was perfect. Awesome Location/View and Beautiful Condo
The location and view from this unit is perfect and it's one of the few with a large private balcony. It had everything we needed for our stay and the owner was SUPER responsive to questions etc

Really awesome location
Place is clean, comfortable king bed, the two queens my girlfriends said were uncomfortable but besides that it was a wonderful time and a very welcoming place to stay!

Me and a friend took our teenage daughters on this trip and loved it! Great location for floating the Guadalupe river or just choosing to stay put in the river right at the condo. Very relaxing and beautiful view. Trish was a fantastic host and quick to help and answer any questions we had. We will for sure be back!

The condo was beautiful and they provide not only all needed for your stay but so much extra that would be considered on a grocery bill. All together we had a great stay and would consider going back on vacation.

Beautiful condo on the river....
Our group had a great time. We were able to check in a little early on Friday. We took a quick drive down to Gruene Friday night for dinner. Saturday, we just walked out of the condo and set up a canopy and chairs in the river and relaxed most of the day. We had tickets to a concert at the WW Amphithetre on Sat night which was about 1 mile away. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive to all questions. We plan on coming back here to stay.

Would highly recommend this property to others wanting to enjoy river action in the New Braunfels area. Especially enjoyed the proximity to the popular horseshoe tubing spot. We were able to start at the beginning of the horseshoe and tube all the way to our condo (about 2.5 miles total).
The cleanliness of the property was superb and I am very picky. I've stayed in a lot of rentals and this is right at the top. Very modern and nicely decorated as well. Communication with the owner (Trish) was also excellent. She checked in with me on a couple of occasions to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful. I will definitely be booking this place again on my next trip back!

Perfect Weekend
This was a mother daughter weekend. 6 of our family came to the river for a quick but relaxing weekend. This condo is beyond perfect for all of our needs. Comfortable bedding, lots of room for everyone to spread out, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal! The owner was attentive and kept in communication with us to ensure our every need was met. This is our 2nd visit to this complex and will definitely stay again. Already referred our friends.

We went as a group of 3 couples to this condo. Our only regret with booking is that we did not book a longer stay. Hoping to make this an annual occasion for more fun memories to come!
