Questa favolosa casa sul canale si trova sul famoso Lido Key, a pochi minuti da St. Armand's Circle è il sogno di chi fa l'apripista. Sarasota Bay ti aspetta! Con arredamento fresco e beachy in Florida, è in una delle posizioni più ambite della costa occidentale della Florida, St. Armands Circle. Questa casa è ben arredata con firepit esterno / grill tavolo, giocattoli da piscina e galleggianti per bambini di tutte le età! L'ufficio ha accesso al computer per gli ospiti e una stampante air / wireless. C'è anche un seggiolone e un pacchetto per il bambino. La cucina è dotata di un frigeratore / congelatore supplementare e un produttore di ghiaccio indipendente. Ci sono 2 biciclette da spiaggia, sedie a sdraio, un ombrellone e giocattoli di sabbia. Ogni camera ha un televisore a schermo piatto e un 65 pollici nella stanza di famiglia. Il canale offre una varietà di animali selvatici tra cui molte specie di uccelli, pesci e lamantini da godere. Cammina per 200 metri fino a St. Armands per la cena o la serata, prima di tornare a una piscina riscaldata, firepit e spa per concludere la serata. The entire family loved our stay here. The location was perfect, just steps from many shops & restaurants along with the beach. In addition the flow and layout of the house itself was great, allowing everyone privacy when needed. The dock was also fun - there are mangroves growing at the adjacent house which resulted in a lot of visits from the Manatees.

We loved this property and would definitely stay there again! The location is perfect.... steps from the beach, St. Armands, etc. The home was beautiful, included all the amenities we could need, and was big enough for the family the spread out when we needed time away from each other. The furniture and beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed movies in the family room most of the nights. We were literally outside by the pool/hot tub/ dock from sun up to sun down. If this home ever goes on the market, we would be interested in buying it.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay. House was extremely clean and spacious. Pool area was great. Property was just a few minute walk to the beach and St Armand’s. Jennifer the property manager was great to work with and extremely responsive. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for a great week!

My family and I had an amazing nearly 3 week stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day of shopping, swimming in the beautiful heated pool or a day at the beach. One block from the amazing white sand beach of Lido Key and one block from the St. Armands circle with fabulous restaurants, shops, ice cream, arcade… literally something for everyone. We loved Speaks Clam bar, Venezia as well as many other great spots for dinner. My boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and catching a ton of fish! The icing on the cake was the manatees that would come by to visit almost daily, swimming right up to the dock. No words for the peace and calm…. Lastly, Jennifer was an absolute gem to work with and so responsive. We look forward to coming back for another stay in the future. Thank you so much!

Not only was it beautiful and in great condition, but the amenities/location were incredible.

All Expectations Exceeded!
We’ve rented numerous houses before, including others around St Armands….but without a doubt this property was the best.
Not only was it beautiful and in great condition, but the amenities/location were incredible.
And to top it off, Jennifer LeBlanc was THE best, most responsive property manager we’ve ever worked with.
Simply an A++ across the board. And we will Absolutely return to this home.

We were at a perfect place. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Backyard pool with view of canal and whirlpool connected to pool. Large kitchen with washer, dryer, large gas stove. Could cook & talk to everyone sitting in den. I would recommend this place to all that want a comfortable vacation place to stay.

Perfect vacation home
We were at a perfect place. Easy walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Backyard pool with view of canal and whirlpool connected to pool. Large kitchen with washer, dryer, large gas stove. Could cook & talk to everyone sitting in den. I would recommend this place to all that want a comfortable vacation place to stay.

Our family enjoyed our time in this home very much. The location is premium if you want to be close to the beach and St. Armand’s Circle shopping/restaurant area. The home has a very beautiful beach theme to it and is very spacious throughout. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There are Two coffee makers, a Keurig and a “Mr Coffee” style coffee maker. There is even a coffee grinder if you want to grind beans. There is a spacious laundry room with nice counter space for folding clothes and an extra fridge to hold plenty of beverages. The pool and dock area is a very pleasurable outdoor space. The size of the pool and hot tub is very nice. And the temperature of both the pool and tub can be controlled with a ipad. We spent many hours out there. Manatees were spotted at least four times, as were ospreys and cormorants. There are plenty of pool towels available to use and plenty of bathroom towels. There is also a very nice Weber grill that has natural gas piped in. The start up essentials they provide were adequate for our needs. There are at least six beach chairs and two umbrellas. And the walk to the beach is very close, just a short 5 minutes. The walk to St. Armands Circle is also about 5 minutes. The property managers are easy to work with and very helpful. We loved the location of this home and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Thank you to the property owners for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Couldn't Go
Sadly, because of the coronavirus pandemic, we did not go. This was going to be a big anniversary trip for us, and we were really looking forward to it. The property looks lovely, and Jennifer LeBlanc was a dream to work with. We hope to try again, hopefully next year. Except for the rating for the property manager, the above ratings should be NA.

We have been coming to Sarasota for many years now, and this was one of the best trips yet. The location of this home cannot be beat.... the beach, Armand's Circle, water access. It was perfect. The ability to rent a boat and dock it at the home, was the icing on the cake for the perfect vacation.

Been coming to Sarasota for 30 years and in my opinion, everything about this property is ideal for a stay in Sarasota.
Property managers are fantastic - booking, entry, questions etc. are dealt with quickly and professionally. No surprise charges.
Location is best in Sarasota, next to the shops and restaurants in St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach.
House itself looks brand new, handsomely decorated inside, beautifully landscaped outside, high end appliances/finishes, indoor/outdoor sound system with iPad control, well furnished inside and outside. Great layout on one floor with big glass doors connecting indoors to good-looking pool area overlooking canal.
House came well stocked with everything you need in kitchen, starter toiletries for bathrooms, towels for bathrooms and pool, laundry room with everything needed plus separate ice maker and extra refrigerator.
Price - I booked for the minimum 1 week stay even though we could only stay 5 nights - and still walked away feeling good about what we got for our money.
