This property is amazing. Very well-appointed and clean. Very quiet location with a peaceful view from the gust room and living room of the ocean. It is right next to the Monarch Waldorf Astoria and the rooms there start at double the cost!

Wonderful stay. Very comfortable and updated. Great safe location. Hot tub with amazing view was a huge plus. Attentive host. Only cons were master bedroom closet locked so no where to unpack clothes other than drawers under bed. Had to hang clothes in the big walk in closet in guest room. Also main pool and spa at clubhouse were not heated so not useable for our trip but did have another nice spa close to unit that was heated. Over all we enjoyed the condo and would stay there again.

Very clean, great beds, fully stocked kitchen. Convenient to Salt Creek Beach and others, convenient to other beach communities and groceries and restaurants.
Owner pleasant and easy to deal with, had small issue fixed very quickly.

We recently spent a month in Kathy’s condo and loved it. The decor is very cute and beachy. It is also very well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Enjoyed our month long stay at this condo. Took many walks down to the beach about five miles round trip if one does the full beach walk from Salt Creek to Strands and back. Nice ground floor condo with a pretty darn good ocean view and close to spa and pool area. The gym is nothing special at this condo complex. The owner neighbors were quiet and friendly to us. The host was great and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location
Kathy’s place is so cute and comfy! My family stayed for a month to beat the AZ heat and it was perfect! Very safe, beauty community with great amenities! The location was great great for everything from walking to the beach to getting around to see everything we wanted to do. Her place is decorated super cute and she was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Not to mention she had wine and snacks waiting for us when we got there! Would recommend her place to everyone!

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay at Kathy's home. Not only was the location perfect (close to beach, family and friends), but the condo was very inviting. It was light, and bright and well appointed. The condo was very comfortable and was somewhere we always looked forward to returning to after our day of exploring. The neighbors were friendly and the community was very safe. Best of all, Kathy was extremely responsive, making sure that we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this vacation home to others!

THE CONDO WAS GOING TO BE PAINTED THE OWNER SHOULD HAVE TOLD US AND BOOKED US TO ANOTHER DATE. SHE DID NOT. NO WIFI TOOK 4 DAYS FOR COX TO GET US ON LINE. A great vacation place
The condo was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Pictures on VRBO are slightly underrated. The public areas in the condo unit were great, the hot tub location just below this condo is a beautiful place to watch the sun set. Dana Point is a beautiful place in itself, it's about a 2 hour drive to San Diego which we went to 3 times during our week and it's one of the nicest areas we saw along the way. Can't wait to go back!

Just Like Being Home
Wonderful stay at Kathy’s condo. Easy walk to Salt Creek and Monarch Beach. All the comforts of home. Having the spa so close to the unit was a real treat. Stayed all of July and had the best spot to watch fireworks! We’ll definitely come back! Thanks Kathy!

Great location, lovely property
The property was perfect. Great location next to the hot tub and a 15-20 min walk to the beach (Salt Creek - best beach in the area). The condo was well appointed and Kathy was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful. Amenities and anything you need was right there. Clean, excellent location. One of best VRBO rentals we’ve had and we have been to NY, DC, N Captiva Island, New Orleans, Orlando, Galveston. And many others. Cudos to Kathy!!!!

Great vacation in a great location
Our family of four which includes 2 adult children had the pleasure of spending a week in Kathy’s appartement. We were very happy with the place and location , the attention to details including all amenities. Nothing was missing for us to make the most of our stay. The kitchen was perfect, with many personal touches. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely recommend this address. PS: they appartement is adjacent to a a very nice sunny spa/terrasse which has a wonderful view of the ocean. Furthermore access to the beach is very easy and what a beach?

Nice sized, well appointed 2 bedroom condo in a gated community. Convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Would recommend.

Cute condo!
We loved this condo! It is beautifully decorated. We stayed in the complex before, but this was a much nicer unit and location with an ocean view and close proximity to the jacuzzi area. Kathy was prompt to help me when I needed it. The place was stocked with supplies for the beach including plenty of towels. I appreciated the extras in the kitchen. There were lots of spices, oils, butter and plenty of paper towels, napkins, TP, soaps and those types of things. She even left a few Coronas and ice in the freezer! I am a single mom, and I felt safe there. The location is great - just a short drive down Niguel to Salt Creek Beach and it's also close to Laguna. We'd love to come back.

This condo is functional and served the purpose but definitely not toddler friendly.
We stayed here for a week and the place functioned fine but I'm glad we weren't planning on spending a lot of time there. This is NOT a child friendly home. There are more breakable decorations, trinkets and mirrors in the home than I've seen. Everything is also white. We spent the week with a close eye on our son to ensure he didn't touch anything. This was stressful for him and us. If you have allergies, this is also not a great place. Between the dog hair and the air freshners it had both my son and I in miserable mode. There is an ant problem in the master bed and bath and the bathroom door doesn't close unless you put the toliet seat up. There is also not a crib as advertised. Not the stay we were expecting.

Very nice condo at great location
This condo was very nicely and beachy decorated, clean, and had direct access to a nice outdoor area with magnificent view of the bay at Monarch beach. The beach was about a 20 min walk from the condo, and there was also a parking lot at the Ritz for only $1 per hour if you don't want to climb the hill back up. Nice upscale area, with free trolley service during the summer to Dana Point and Laguna Beach.
The owner provided everything we needed, wifi, Keurig coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, towels, beach towels, beach gear, and very comfy robes. TVs in both bedrooms and living room, and nice patio space. There was also covered parking and much more. The owner was very responsive to any questions we've had. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Wonderful Property....we were thrilled!
We visited Los Angeles for a close family friend's wedding at the Monarch Beach Resort. This community is located adjacent to the resort, so traveling to/from all the wedding events was so easy! This property is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It is decorated in soothing and peaceful colors, and the beach theme is warm and welcoming. This gated/guarded community is close to shopping, golf, beach, and other touristy activities. There is a complimentary PCH trolley that can transport you, as well as a trolley that travels to/from Laguna Beach (also complimentary!). Just a perfect location and next time we are in Dana Point, this home will be our first choice! Thank you.

Lovely Condo by the great view and spa!
I rented Kathy's condo for my family and because my daughter lives ten minutes away in Dana Point and just had my 3rd grandson. We loved the beautiful decor and all the comforts of home plus so much added for our convenience.....beach towels, beach chairs, picnic baskets, and beach bags....from soaps and shampoos to spices and extra snacks! There were even robes to use for all if we wanted to lounge after showering!
I would definitely rent this condo again! Thank you Kathy. Kathy answered my texts immediately the first day when I had a few questions.
Enjoy this fab rental on the first level which is also a big plus!

Special place- Beautiful and Relaxing
My husband and I rented this home while called to California for business. Our stay could not have been better with just the right balance of comfort and plush accommodations. Kathy has attended to every detail a traveler could need whether staying for work or for pleasure. The decor makes you feel that you are at a posh resort and yet she has included all of the comforts of home. The spa is within steps of this condo and includes a marvelous panoramic view of the pacific .Perfect for watching the sunset. Her neighbors were quiet yet friendly and very helpful in sharing local knowledge. The condo itself is equipped fully with technology, cookware, and special amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, cookware, and washer/dryer. If called to this area again we will not hesitate to come back. Thank you Kathy for a very pleasant stay.

A "Winter" Respite
My husband and I (and yes! our dog) escaped the terrible East Coast Winter weather by spending 7 weeks in this lovely Dana Point CA condo. Our "hostess" welcomed us with a big hug and a lovely guest basket. The condo is beautifully decorated; the beds are comfy, the linens are luxurious and the kitchen is well equipped for a lengthy stay. We loved the ocean view, the evening sunsets, and the proximity to several great restaurants. Kathy even recommended a hair salon that did a fabulous job. Several friends and 2 "twenty something" Grandkids visited during our stay and all agreed that our vacation spot was wonderful... Thanks, Kathy !!!!

A beautiful, comfortable condo
This condo was perfect for our vacation. We brought 3 teenage grandchildren with us. The 15 year old girls had their own room and bath which they thought was super. The 13 year old grandson slept in the living room and that worked well too. The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. There were plenty of beach towels for everyone. The walk to the beach was a little long but did pass by lovely homes and the St. Regis golf course. The kids didn't mind. The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. We thank the owner for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.
