The house was spacious and housed our group of up to 12 folks comfortably. The deck was our favorite spot. It was easy to access the dock for swimming and we took advantage of that every day. A few complaints about uncomfortable beds specifically the single queen (?) bed upstairs. I do think more than one fan should be included since the house was not air conditioned with exception of the bedrooms. Overall everyone enjoyed the house and the location on the lake as well as close proximity to Ticonderoga. Would definetly rent again.

From the moment we reached out to the owner, Shelia, I found her to be warm and welcoming and gracious. We needed a place of retreat to celebrate our daughter's wedding at a nearby venue, The Barn at Lord Howe Valley, and we knew we wanted to also enjoy the lake and its serenity. The house is large and comfortable full of fun toys, like kayaks and floats and board games. And the outside space with a large deck, fire pit and extensive seating allows you to enjoy the view with plenty to-do options. The house faces due West in August so the sunsets were magnificent. Even the moon rise was brilliant. And the property manager, Mary Lou, was responsive and helpful. You can tell that many happy memories have been made here. We hope to return some day!

The house was as it appeared in the photos and was fully equippedLocation beautiful! We look forward to returning in the future.

We’ve been renting this property for 4 or 5 years now, and it is always an amazing time! The owner and property manager are friendly and helpful, and the house is perfect for our group. It’s a quiet area, and the dock access is amazing. We already booked again for next year!
