Home Away from Home in Lake Havasu!
Benvenuti nel nostro sito per le vacanze, prima di tutto vogliamo ringraziarvi per aver considerato la nostra proprietà e aver dedicato del tempo a visualizzare le foto e leggere sulla proprietà. Questa casa è stata costruita nel 2000 e l'abbiamo acquistata dai proprietari originali, vivono in Alberta in Canada e durante l'inverno hanno usato la proprietà solo per 3 mesi all'anno. La struttura si trova nel centro della città, il che rende rapidamente comodo per arrivare dove si deve andare. A soli 2 km dal London Bridge e tutti i suoi servizi come il noleggio di barche, Resort Hotel, negozi e percorsi pedonali e fuoristrada.
Il nostro obiettivo è farti godere così tanto della nostra proprietà che sarà la tua prima scelta quando tornerai a Lake Havasu City, effettuiamo costantemente aggiornamenti e miglioramenti sulla base delle nostre visite e delle osservazioni precedenti dei clienti per assicurarci di partire nessuna pietra rovesciata quando si tratta di farti sentire a casa.
La nostra struttura mostra "Orgoglio di proprietà" e le condizioni sono estremamente buone, la cucina è ben fornita di tutto il necessario tra cui forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, frullatore, fornello elettrico e forno. Tutti gli utensili e gli utensili da cucina sono forniti. I bagni e il pavimento sono come nuovi. C'è anche spazio per il parcheggio camper con collegamenti per acqua, corrente alternata e rifiuti. Questa casa è sicuramente una "casa lontano da casa" e diamo il benvenuto a te e ai tuoi amici e familiari per godervi l'esperienza del Lago Havasu senza sacrificare le comodità di casa, non vediamo l'ora di sentirvi presto!

My group booked for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. The property owner was accommodating and great at responding to us allowing us to get in and out with ease. The property itself is centrally located and made it a breeze to uber or Lyft to all local bars and to the lake launch sites with in a few minutes. The pool and backyard have plenty of room for tossing a football or just relaxing and tanning. Overall quiet neighborhood. We will be coming back!

We were visiting family from out of state and this house was the perfect location for us. Close to family, the lake and pretty much everything we wanted to see. David was super communicative. Probably the best communication with a VRBO host that we’ve ever had. And we’ve stayed in many vacation homes over the years, so that was very welcome and impressive. That being said we booked the house for the pool, and we barely used it. The water was freezing. I’m a Michigan girl and have swam in plenty of cold water. This was unbearable. That was a little bit of a disappointment. We were given the option to heat it, if we wanted to pay for it. We decided to have it heated. However it really never warmed up enough for us to enjoy it. Which was really unfortunate because it’s such a beautiful pool! We did make good use of the ping pong table though and that was a lot of fun! So, if you’re considering this home for your Lake Havasu vacation, book it! But definitely have the pool pre-heated before you arrive. We never even considered that it wouldn’t be warm enough because of the day time temperatures. Overall 5 star host!

This property is in a great location to all that Lake Havasu has to offer. The home itself is excellent with a true list of amenities. Very clean, well furnished and the decor is excellent with the personal touch of good taste with a library of local interests and history. This home will accommodate a good size family, group or a couple seeking a nice get away . There is boat or rv parking area for those seeking the need for either .
Bottom line, you can’t go wrong with this family owned home. David the owner is there for your every need and is very attentive to maintaining his property to the highest standard !
I would definitely recommend this property for those seeking a nice home in a area that is close to most if not all local shopping and attractions . Great place. I will return here in the future . Thank you David !
