Il nostro accogliente cottage è accogliente e perfetto per un'esperienza sul lungolago! Amerai uscire sulla nostra spiaggia privata sotto il fiume Betulla, mentre ti godi i sontuosi tramonti. Il meglio dei ricordi sarà sicuramente creato come questo splendido rifugio con ogni regno dell'attività sul lungomare che puoi immaginare. E ... ora offriamo l'uso gratuito della nostra barca pontone per tutti i noleggi tra il 18 agosto e il 30 agosto 2019.
Entrando nel cottage, vedrai una bellissima vista sul lago attraverso la parete frontale che è in vetro all'80%. Il piano molto aperto offre meravigliose interazioni con gli ospiti durante la cottura in cucina. Il soggiorno dispone di una grande TV a schermo piatto e di un divano letto. Dopo aver ammirato il panorama, noterai gli interni in legno elegantemente realizzati della nostra nuova casa completamente rinnovata. A questo livello troverete la seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale che si affaccia su una pittoresca vista sul lago. Questa camera da letto ha un ampio bagno privato con doccia in vetro e pavimenti in marmo. Esci sul ponte per una splendida vista ampia sul lago Wylie, sulla nostra spiaggia privata, sul prato e sul molo.
Continuate al piano di sotto per godervi l'ennesima splendida vista sul lago attraverso le numerose finestre. Qui troverai un'altra zona giorno ideale per rilassarti davanti alla grande TV a schermo piatto o leggere un libro davanti al camino a legna. Sempre su questo piano si trova il bagno principale con una bella doccia in travertino, un grande armadio con una nuova lavasciuga di alta gamma. La camera da letto principale si trova a questo livello con un letto king size, cabina armadio e una favolosa vista sul lago.
Il patio al piano inferiore è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi un drink rinfrescante e / o cucinare sulla nostra grande griglia mentre si guardano i bambini che giocano in acqua o sulla spiaggia. La spiaggia ha una grande buca per il fuoco - perfetta per arrostire i prati palustri e raccontare storie ascoltando le onde che si infrangono sulla riva.
La nostra casa è fantastica per chi ama la vita all'aria aperta! Guidando attraverso l'area di protezione della fauna selvatica designata fino a casa nostra, potresti vedere cervi, falchi pescatori, tacchini e altri animali selvatici. La nostra comunità privata ha una pretesa di fama nel film "Days of Thunder", con Tom Cruise e Nicole Kidman.

We loved our long Thanksgiving break stay on Lake Wylie. The house was amazing and perfect for our family of 5 - us (the parents), 2 teenagers, and grandma. In addition, it was the perfect place for all of our extended family to come for dinner/game night/football watching/boat rides who were in town for the Thanksgiving Holiday to give my sister in law who was hosting the big Thanksgiving Dinner in Fort Mill a break from the crowds. Beautiful weekend, beautiful lake, beautiful home and we hope to be able to rent it again next year for Thanksgiving.

If you are looking for a comfortable, cozy lake house - this is just that. Completely accurate property description and photos. Clean and everything you need in the kitchen. Working fireplace, comfortable couches and beds. Comfy blankets. Perfect location with a sandy beach right on the lake. Private and quiet. Georgia, our host, always answered promptly and was very easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great experience from initial contact, to our stay, to checking out. Georgia was very friendly and answered all of our question when we first asked about booking. The property itself was wonderful. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and the drive was pretty easy. It was private enough but close to restaurants and grocery stores. About a 20 min drive to Carowinds which we did over the weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We only used the master bedroom downstairs and the bed was comfortable. The view out to the lake from the house was beautiful from both floors. We enjoyed some fishing from the dock, caught a bunch of catfish and mangrove snapper. There’s a nice beach area that had a fire pit (wood was provided ) a hammock, and a bunch of canoes and kayaks (we didn’t use them but they had plenty). We liked the convenience of a washer and dryer so we could do laundry before we left. There was a nice grassy area in front of the house and in the back for our dogs to run around and play (not fenced in). Neighborhood is quiet and even the neighbors next door were pretty quiet. This was a nice play to relax and enjoy a much needed stress free long weekend. If we visit NC again we will definitely look to stay here

We stayed at the property for 4 nights while visiting family that lives in the area. The cottage is exactly as advertised. 2 floors of great living space with huge decks for sitting out and enjoying the lake views. Not fancy but cleaned and well-maintained. Excellent sandy beach with a small swimming area. An unexpected bonus was that there is a sidewalk through the woods and surrounding area that provides an excellent walking path of a few miles.
This is an excellent space for 2 couples or a family of 6-8 people.

The home and make access is perfect for a relaxing get away, the house has 2 bedrooms / bathrooms and 2 living rooms. It is perfect for friends or 2 couples , plenty of privacy and area to gather. We spent the day on the dock abs floating in the cove, so peaceful and pretty.
Kitchen is very well stocked and you are super close to anything you would need but you feel you are far away from the hustle and bustle.
Georgia was so helpful and kind, it was easy communication and you felt very welcome.
We will be staying on one of the lake places again!

My wife, daughter, and I needed a place to get out for a week while our house was being worked on - and man we loved this place! The house is in great shape, has an amazing balcony to view the lake off of, and the beach area was great for our 16mo daughter. Hosts were great and had excellent communication. We'll be renting again!

We had a lovely Mother's Day weekend with our family. The kids loved swimming on the beach, the boat rental, and flipping off the dock. Dinners and morning Matcha on the porch overlooking the lake were beautiful. The location is excellent. Close to town but it feels like you are away from it all. Thank you, Georgia for being such a great hostess. We hope to come back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we were hoping for. It was nice and cool when we arrived and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the birds and the boats going down the lake. What a relaxing place. I highly reccomend this place to anyone who wants to be out in nature.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lake Wylie! We liked the layout and decor of the house and took advantage of all the amenities, especially the canoe and dock. My son caught a 24-inch catfish and a 15-inch large mouth bass which totally made the trip for him! Great location on a beautiful lake. We also appreciated the labels on the light switch plates, excellent water pressure in the showers, and plenty of towels. Thank you, Georgia!

Great get away for a long weekend with friends. Very easy to get to, plenty of space for us, and a fabulous porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the lake breezes. Georgia was very accommodating, and easy to get in contact with. I would love to stay here again!

This lake house is clean, decorated nicely, and super comfortable! Everything you need is provided. The house sits on a nice part of the lake and provides easy docking if you bring your boat. Loved it and plan to go back!

The outdoor seating options on the deck, beach, and dock are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped. We rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed cruising the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and swimming. The house offers space for a family to relax. Georgia was very helpful during our stay.

We had an amazing time at this lake house. We caught so many fish! Huge channel catfish, bass, perch gallor. The beach area is perfect for relaxing in the sun or nice shaded areas. We enjoyed kayaking and lounging in floats. Great location that feels secluded but it's only 10 min from the Premium Outlets and restaurants.

Lake living
We really enjoyed our third stay in this wonderful home on the lake. We spent lots of time under a shade tree on the sandy beach. I fished for bream and catfish while my wife relaxed and floated in the lake. Our puppy learned to swim this year! Mornings and evenings were spent eating on the upstairs porch, overlooking the scenic lake. We had a very relaxing vacation and really didn't want to leave. This is a wonderful house and property that is very well furnished and stocked with everything you need to enjoy lake living.
