SWEETWATER è una bella, rinnovato di recente a casa 1 ° livello, 3 camere da letto, veranda protetta, ponte da pranzo, vicino l'accesso a una grande piscina riscaldata comunità solare e bella spiaggia di Cape San Blas. La casa è ben arredata con nuovi arredi, elettronica ed elettrodomestici. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole e coltelli di alta gamma - rendendo la cena un gioco da ragazzi!
Sweetwater dispone di una splendida vista del Golfo, una splendida veranda protetta e 2 terrazze solarium aperte. Wonderful house, we loved access to the boardwalk, beach and pool. The paved path and pickleball courts less than half mile away was a source of lots of fun.

This was the perfect pet friendly place to stay. The beach and pool were quite close and very private. The beach chairs and stocked kitchen were a plus for an extended stay. We would definitely come back.

The location of this house can’t be beat. Located in a nice cul de sac with views of the gulf. It is a short and easy walk to the beach and pool. Perfect location for families with small children. The location to Port Saint Joe was also great. You could easily get to restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes of the home.Overall cleanliness of the house was very poor. Dusty artificial plants in every room. Cigarette ashes on the screened in porch. The floor was very dirty and turned everyone’s feet black when walking without shoes. Bath towels with permanent stains on them. We reported the staining on the towels immediately upon arrival, they said that new towels were ordered, however, they did not arrive by the end of our week and so we ended up just washing and using the provided towels. There was also a significant problem with flies in the home. In a 3 day period we killed close to 75 flies in the property.We love Cape San Blas and this house was in a great location at a great price, however, the overall cleanliness of the property fell far below our expectations. The management company was very prompt in their response when I brought all of these issues to their attention, however, no changes were able to be made during our stay.
