La nostra struttura si trova nel cuore della baia di Kotor in località Lipci, direttamente sul mare, a 22 km da Kotor, a 15 km da Tivat, a 108 km da Podgorica ea 49 km dall'aeroporto di Dubrovnik. Abbiamo due appartamenti con una camera da letto con ingressi separati, cucina completa, bagno, camera da letto con letto matrimoniale per due, soggiorno con divano letto, aria condizionata, TV, balcone con vista mare. Il parcheggio è recintato, nel cortile.
Non devi guidare o camminare fino alla spiaggia, sei proprio lì. Appartato con la migliore vista in The Bay. La nostra struttura è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi tutto il giorno o dopo aver visitato luoghi interessanti della zona come: disegni preistorici, mosaici romani, l'isola di Lady of The Rock Church, le città antiche di Perast e Kotor, il lago di Scutari, il rafting del canyon di Tara, il monastero di Ostrog .. .
Godetevi la vista della baia dal balcone con un bicchiere di vino!

A relaxed and easy property located on the best side of the bay for the most refreshing swim! All the amenities in the flat work well and the bed is comfortable

Our 4-day stay in Montenegro was amazing. Dusko is a very thoughtful, informative and responsive host. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is comfortable and well situated for site seeing. The the bay is absolutely beautiful.

Hospitable Montenegro. The towns are not closed down like many other coastals that we have experienced the last 3 mths of travel in resort areas. This unit was just what we needed to regroup and rest. Our host is the best! Seriously, Dusko, was extremely on task and help us in more ways that we had not known to expect. It is clean, well equipped, and the view…incredible. Assuming summer season is busy, I would still chose Villa Radonic every time. Efficiency with authentic local vibe, privacy, and…the view is a good value. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a week completely off any hustle of cities and worklife and were quite open about our destination. Then we found this really lovely accommodation of Dusko and his mother Mira.
Everything we had read in the reviews before has been right. You will find a simple but completely equipped and cozy apartment with an amazing view from the balcony where you can have your own breakfast or prepared lunch/dinner.
The communication with Dusko was really easy and he gave us a warm welcome with a cold beer/wine and some typical Montenegrian pastries made by his mother. He gave us an introduction of the apartment as well as for the whole region where he is well connected and gave us helpful advice for certain trips etc.
If you cross the coast street at the front of the apartment there is a concrete platform built in water, from where we were diving and swimming into the amazing crystal clear water.
If you need anything else just ask Mira or Dusko them and they will do their best to make it possible.
Our impression of the region was that it is still mostly visited by Montenegrins or other eastern nationalities which provides you a quite authentic feeling staying there.
We would recommend to rent a car during your stay because it makes life much easier.
Overall it has been a really nice and relaxing vacation where we felt welcome and comfortable.
