Posizione, posizione, ubicazione! Questa casa si trova nel desiderabile Mt. Piacevole a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia ea 15 minuti dal centro di Charleston. Negozi, ristoranti, alimentari e Target a meno di un miglio di distanza. Il parco della contea è a 10 minuti con un grande parco acquatico per i bambini, in bicicletta su sentieri ombreggiati e pesca. La casa è ben arredata per un massimo di sei ospiti con due letti matrimoniali e due gemelli. La cucina e i bagni sono stati recentemente aggiornati. Alla sera piace divertirsi verso il basso sullo schermo nel portico posteriore. La casa è perfetta per una vacanza in famiglia o una vacanza veloce a un prezzo conveniente. We loved this place and location. In town for a wedding and came early to hit the beach. This was very convenient to IOP and all our favorite places in Mt Pleasant. Nice quiet neighborhood and roomy screened porch. Host very responsive and accommodating.

This property is in a very convenient locale for visitors to Charleston and the surrounding area. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood with easy access to the historic centre of Charleston and also to the islands, plantations and other places of interested. A car is necessary, and there is lots of space for parking at the front of the house. Impressions of the house were mostly positive - it's a good size, nicely presented and standard of cleanliness was good (although the back of one of the bathroom doors had what looked like blood stains on it) and the beds are comfortable. The only real issue we had was that one of the three bedrooms has the main light switch on the wall behind the door to the room, which meant having to enter the room in the dark and not being able to see that there is a step down into the room before entering it. I fell very heavily because I wasn't expecting there to be a step and was looking for the light switch when I entered the room. Other minor inconveniences were: no plugs for any of the sinks/basins/baths; insufficient crockery and cutlery for the potential number of guests (we ended up buying plastic teaspoons because there were only two provided); no dressing table to sit at to do hair/makeup.When one of the toilets broke two nights before we were due to check out of the house, Paul was very responsive to our message and kindly offered a partial refund for the inconvenience, as he wasn't able to get it fixed before we left.

Nicely furnished house located in a quiet neighborhood near many restaurants and stores. Great communication with owner.
