The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had many things you might have forgotten. Quiet area and the houses on either side were not too close. The area was beautiful and we enjoyed the Elk sleeping and eating in the yard.The river can be heard and seen just off the back deck. We spent lots of time there.Restaurants and shopping were just down the street from the house.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay in Ruidoso, NMHost was prompt with any questions we had before we arrived. We were sent specific directions to the house, which was very helpful.

Very nice home. Its age is showing, with updates in the bathrooms & kitchen needed.It works well for a family.
