Questo bellissimo condominio si trova nel centro di Lexington nel quartiere storico a pochi passi dalla Rupp Arena e da altre grandi attrazioni e ristoranti locali. Completamente attrezzato con pentole e padelle. Due fuochi a gas, quattro 52 "Smart Flat Screen T. V."s con canali via cavo e film, wifi, wet bar, veranda privata e area di lavoro. Loved the house! Very clean and alot of character. In town for a basketball game, great location to Rupp. Can be noisy with the bars in close proximity but we knew that going in. Would stay there again!

Beautiful nicely Ky furnished condo in a great location for getting to granduation the campus and downtown. But the Hookah lounge next door was ridiculously loud until 4 am perhaps they should be sited for noise nuisance violations,

The condo itself fit our family well. The kitchen is well stocked and # of bed/baths was perfect. Being close to the college was nice; however, the noise at night was unbearable. The kids slept in the back bedrooms and were somewhat shielded by the sound. Trying to sleep in the front bedroom was near impossible until the party scene outside stopped at 4a each night of our stay (Fri & Sat). Super loud music, people partying/talking outside bedroom windows and constant sirens made for very challenging nights. We will look elsewhere for our next trip to Lexington.

We had a wonderful stay. Lovely property. Everything that was needed was provided. Easy walk to Rupp Arena for our daughter’s graduation. No fighting graduation traffic.

We all really loved the history and unique design of the home. It was clean, very comfortable and conveniently located. There is some noise from the road and the bar next door. The white noise machines were helpful.

My family stayed at the Kimball Suite for the weekend to attend a UK softball game. We were in walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars, and the college campus. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The history of the building very interesting. We loved the brick walls, fireplace, and beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to prepare our meals. There was coffee provided which was nice for our coffee drinkers. Bethany and Leslie were great with communication and making our stay enjoyable. The hookah bar next to the condo was very loud over the weekend and it is open until 4 am. There are sound machines but was loud so I would recommend ear plugs for sleeping.

The location was close to Kroger Field 1.5 mi) and Rupp Arena. Also in a great spot to walk to bars & restaurants. Place was very quaint and perfect for the 6 of us.

July road trip
Wonderful kitchen. Noise was not an issue. The third bedroom did not have an air vent so it was a little warm and hard to cool. Bought a fan that helped. Great location to our event.

The parking is in back which made it a little haul to bring your stuff in. I am an outside person and was excited for this front porch. However there is only a metal bench out there. So nothing comfortable to sit on in this cute space. Plus with the really busy road you would want to make up for that with great furniture.

Loved this space, the all brick old style was great. the kitchen was all up to date and well stocked. The beds and all the linens were tip top! The road out front is very busy and loud. We had a group of four for a long weekend. We enjoyed this location. We walked to dinner and bars every night (and even walked to Target). Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable. The bar next door mentioned in other reviews did not bother us at all. Check in was easy. Convenient parking. We would stay here again.

This property has a lot to offer, except for being right next to a LOUD Hookah bar. Nice furnishings, rather large condo with a fantastic porch. The kitchen is high end with a sub-zero fridge. The condo also includes a full size washer and dryer.
Unfortunately, the condo is about 20 feet away from a hookah bar that stays open until 4am Thursday-Saturday so if you are staying over the weekend, expect to get no sleep before 4am as the bar plays this awful drum beat music all night long. To make matters worse, there is a hidden outside speaker that faces the condo, making it extra loud. The bedroom/bathroom set up is a little weird, the 3rd bedroom is only accessed through the main king size room. The bathroom is also accessed from the 3rd bedroom so if you are staying with couples who want privacy, this is not the place for you. It was fine for our family as my daughter stayed in the 3rd bedroom and we stayed in the king room. Granddad stayed in the front king room. The bathroom attached to the 3rd room has a very strange shower set up - there is a half door but the other half is wide open leaving water all over the floor while you take a shower. Can't figure this out, but it makes a total mess and weird to not have a closed in shower. There are also not many places to hang wet towels, and you have to walk across the bathroom after getting out of the shower to access a towel, making it even wetter on the floor. The front bathroom is designed much better. I wish I had more positive things to say. The property management was easy to work with but you can't do anything about the location so just beware before renting.

This is the best place to stay in Lexington, KY. The house is awesome. We went for the LSU-UK football game, and we didn't even have to Uber anywhere. It's right in the middle of all the action. This is the spot.

I have stayed at this location multiple times. This unit has a little bit crazy set up as you have to access one of the bedrooms thru the other bedroom but it was perfect for us since it was all family. It is also right next door to a couple of bars so you can hear music until late hours but we didn't mind that either. But you cannot beat the location or the comfort. It was a fantastic stay! Thank you

I can see why this is a vrbo and not a full-time home because NO ONE could live there. That being said, the property was clean. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The property itself is pretty cool. Tall ceilings, big rooms, and a nicely refinished kitchen. There’s laundry and a dishwasher. Lots of space on the patio to hang out. The managers were great with communicating to me as well. Dog friendly too. It’s a very active stretch of town, and there was always something going on. If i ever come down with other adults, it’s a great spot to stay. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, so plenty of college kids hanging out. The hospital is also across the street and I believe the corner of Limestone and Maxwell is an official drag race circuit. I had someone wander up to my porch looking for a place to drop off her rent. Solid place for adults and pets. If your kids wake up easily from loud noises, this might not be the place you’re looking at.
