A dream location to end our holiday in Sri Lanka.
The rooms were like individual bungalows and were very spacious and clean. Ours had a lovely patio area and table and chairs facing towards the garden and sea beyond.
Bed was comfortable and the shower was really good.
Could walk out to the beach and watch the setting sun and the waves.
We had dinner at the property and it was a fantastic Sri Lankan curry and is highly recommended.
30 minutes taxi to the airport. In a residential area and very peaceful.

Eigentlich war alles super. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Schönes Zimmer. Direkt am Meer. Kleine Anlage. Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen (aufpreispflichtig), Kiosk und Bäcker in der Nähe
mir fällt nichts ein...vielleicht etwas am Ende der Welt, aber das spielt keine Rolle!

Velice příjemné ubytování hned u moře. V den našeho příjezdu byly velké vlny, tak jsme možnost koupání nevyužily. Velký pokoj, pohodlné postele, čisté lůžkoviny, velmi dobrý tlak vody, teplá voda v koupelně. Velmi milý hostitel, výborná večeře i snídaně. Využily jsme možnost vyzvednutí z letiště, vše v pořádku. Přímo z pokoje lze vyjít do zahrady a relaxovat na lehátkách. Po příletu ideální odpočinková oáza. Moc děkujeme!

Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen nach der Ankunft ein tolles Frühstück auf der Terrasse serviert. Auch unser Zimmer konnten wir, obwohl wir am frühen Morgen ankamen, beziehen. Am Abend gab es leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen.
Übrigens: die Matratze war sehr bequem.
Leider kann man nicht schwimmen, da die Brandung zu heftig ist. Sehr schade ist der viele Plastikmüll am Strand. In

It is bit too far from the main road. Tuk Tuk people charge whatever they want. Just negotiate about the fee with the drivers

Facing the beach is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. We had dinner which was OK and tasted good.
AC swing cannot be controlled so it's a bit hard to sleep. TV was there without the remote controller. WIFI password should be available without asking.

I loved everything- it all exceeded my expectations. The location, gorgeous room, amazing food and helpful staff. I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem!

all! It’s curated in every detail with much dedication, from the dinner on the porch to the self grown plants for the garden. staff is professional yet familiar, and thoughtful about everything,from the cab-ride from/to the airport to the welcome tea.
I’ve come back for the second time in two weeks! the perfect location close to the airport and with the most amazing beach view and access.

The location was just in front of the beach. We can watch the beautiful sunset in the garden. The staff Dana was very nice and helpful!
We were staying in the beach view room and got the one with a twin bed. The aircon was not cold enough and there was a small frog inside the toilet. Need to flush it 2-3 times and am so scared to take number 2 just in case it will be back again.

Nice comfortable accommodation close to the airport, ideal for a stay before or after a long flight. It is a small facility with just three villas, very quiet and overlooking the beach. You take the optional meals outside your villa. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The home cooking was superb, with a good selection of dishes to choose from.
You need to be aware that you cannot swim from the beach along this coast, the waterline has a very dangerous rocky ledge which runs the length of the coast. The beach itself is sandy and fine for walking along.

Ayana Beach is a perfect place to rest from the bustling town and enjoy the privacy, relaxation on the beach, chill in the garden. Super clean, spacious, hot water, kettle, ptivate resting area outside in front of each unit (3-4). Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended before or after flight. Will come back! :)

Nice a peaceful. But note there are only 3 bungalows, no actual restaurant but menu and food made to order and bought to your terrace. Sea is very rocky and not suitable for swimming.

Rooms were spotless clean and really big.
staff were incredible so helpful, even bringing us dinner even though we arrived really late and it was lashing rain with a big storm brought us tea to warm up, the food was amazing one of the best Sri Lanken curries I’ve had here!

Quite a way out so need a driver ideally. Beach is not really swimmable and some plastic on the beach
