La casa sulla spiaggia Cleanline si trova a Tierra del Mar, Oregon. A due ore di macchina (106 miglia) dall'aeroporto internazionale di Portland. The house was the perfect size for our group of 15. The group consisted of grandparents, their 3 kids, spouses, and the the grandkids. Each set of adults had their own bedrooms with bathroom plus the kids' bedroom. We appreciated that 2 of the adult bedrooms along with the kids' bedroom were on the North end of the house while the other 2 bedrooms were on the South, separated by the kitchen/living areas. Perfect for the grandparents!
The beach access is wonderful. The house in yards from the sand and the under house parking is at beach level - no climbing skills needed.
We have rented houses through VRBO and other sites and have occasionally found the description and photos misrepresented the actual 'situation' - wear and tear/ cleanliness/room size. Not in this case! We found everything as represented in the photos and descriptions.
We highly recommend 'Cleanline'.

beautiful beach front home. We enjoyed lots of fire pit fun with family making smores and watching beautiful sunsets. location was a little out of the way but we wanted it that way. Entry to the beach for 4 wheelers was just next to the house. We were afraid it would be noisy but honestly, didn't hear any of them but it was fun to watch. Food market and fun was not far.. about 2 1/2 miles away. Would stay here again.

Our stay at Terra Del Mar was fantastic. There were 8 adults and 7 kids (6 were 6 yrs & under). The direct beach access was perfect and the outdoor shower a much used station! While the bedrooms were small and places to put luggage were limited we managed. The beds were great and the giant kitchen island was well used. It was warm at the beach and with beautiful floor to ceiling windows the air conditioning was wonderful. The grill pictured was not there and the small portable one was not cleaned. We skipped it. We appreciated the kid toys, sand toys and plastic kitchen wear for the littles!!! We hope to rent again sometime soon.

50th birthday with 10 adults. We were so comforatble and happy. What an awesome place. We will be back for sure. Only wsh is that the wifi was stronger, made it very difficult to watch a movie.

The house was perfect! Right on the beach, nice fire-pit and outdoor area we enjoyed nightly! Beds were very comfortable and cozy! Views are amazing, from the living room to all the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area and great location to all the amenities in pacific city.

My family loved this house, we will be back. The house was very clean and had all the necessary housewares and beach equipment. We had a fire pit one night and roasted marshmallows. The kids loved it. The house is very kid friendly.
The host was very responsive and welcoming.
Great house for a family vacation. Parking is easy and the neighborhood is nice. Close to town for a dinner or two!! Recommend very much!!

Me and the families staying with me had a great time renting the property. The check in and out was simple and fast and the property was super clean with no mess. Tons of smiles and laughter during our stay. Tons of space and the view is amazing with the enormous windows from the grounds up. I highly recommend this property for all of you.

This property is so unique. Right on the beach, floor to ceiling windows to take in the gorgeous Oregon coast. Accommodations were comfortable and ample. Working with Benj ahead of time was great. Nice guy, and quick to respond to questions. Air conditioning worked great, all appliances, bedding, towels, cooking apparatus, etc were adequate. We would definitely recommend this property.

The sunrises in the bedroom windows are unlike anything! Stunning views all around, and the house is perfectly equipped for a group stay. I stayed with 6 friends and there was plenty of room and a great kitchen for cooking meals. Plenty of private bathrooms and just steps from the beach. So perfect!

Literally this house is right on the beach. Maybe 50 feet of grass between the yard and the beach. The views are amazing with the wall of windows. Four bedrooms with queen beds and one with bunks made it perfect for our group.

What can I say, Benj was easy to communicate with and accessible at any time for questions. This home is AMAZING, built for vacations. All but one room has Ocean Front View's. There are 3 Master suites with full private bathrooms, two additional rooms that share a full bath. Every detail of this home was very well thought out. With the Full Pano Windows on the Ocean Front side of the house, a small reading nook or play area for kids, adults or Teens. Everyone enjoyed this little space. The bar across the window for viewing or to sit on your computer. To the Gourmet Kitchen with Ample seating for a large party. Cook while you socialize, right down to the play lit play area underneath the large Island. My 7 year old Niece LOVED that space, she felt so special that even she was thought of in the building of this house. No space is under purposed in this home. The Large Fire pit with built in seating is a fantastic area to gather in the evening. I can not say enough about how amazing this home is. Step straight out onto the beach. You do not even have to bring beach toy's for the kids, this home is well equipped with your needs. Bonus, all the bedding is white. Oh, and did I mention that the beds/bedding is also super cozy and comfortable. Honestly, you don't even need to bring your favorite pillow, theirs will probably exceed yours. We booked this house for my folks 50th Anniversary. There were 10 of us, but this house has room for I believe 6 more people. One room has two bunks with two full beds on the bottom of each one. You will absolutely not regret staying here, it is also very clean. Thank you Benj for thinking about everything you would want in the perfect Beach Front Vacation home and bringing that to life. <3

Cleanliness Beach house
This property was nothing short of fantastic. Views were gorgeous, house was clean and well-stocked.
We especially enjoyed watching the micro community of open access beach goers, so many of them would get their cars stuck in the sand, and people would come together to help get them out. Neat to watch. We would definitely stay here again.

We would book this house again in a heart beat. We loved it. My wish list would be: More storage space in the bedrooms with clothes hangers that are easier to use, windows that opened to hear the sounds of the sea (impossible request), and more toilet paper and paper towels.

Everyone had an amazing time. Home is well thought out with floor to ceiling windows, many places for family to gather inside (large island seating 12/ large sectional in living room) and outside the home(outside fire pit with lots of seating). Lots of hiking areas nearby, and of course wonderful beach in front of home. Had everything we needed and more… espresso machine, instant pot, vitamix blender. Only cons…. Home can be noisy, ran out of hot water…. Understandable with 12 people though, and bedrooms are small but nice to have several to choose from with a room to retreat for privacy. Highly recommend the home.
