Convenientemente situato tra Camps Seagull e Seafarer, il cottage è a soli 10 minuti da Oriental, la capitale della vela della Carolina del Nord. Un giro in traghetto gratuito attraverso il Neuse e un breve tragitto in auto vi condurranno a Beaufort, Morehead City e alle famose spiagge della Crystal Coast. La storica New Bern è in cima al fiume e la zona delle tre contee ha una grande varietà di ristoranti - dai gamberetti Mom'n'Pop alla cucina internazionale a 4 stelle. Journey’s End presenta un interno in pino con tre camere da letto, un ampio spazio di vita aperto, una doccia esterna costruita su misura e una cucina completamente attrezzata. Loved the homey old fashioned vibe the host and the house give. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay. We stayed so busy with our own plans we didn't get to enjoy all the amenities our host offered.

Terry was fantastic, couldn't ask for a better host. Super accommodating, helped us when we needed to print a document. We would definitely stay again. The quaint,uniqueness of the cottage we loved.

This is a delightful property to rent if you are looking for a relaxed getaway on the Neuse River. There is ample room for up to 8 people to sleep. The cottage is very clean and has a gorgeous view overlooking the river. We were in Oriental for a biking weekend and this was the perfect spot to stay and relax!! The cottage is a quarter mile or so from the Arapahoe ferry.

The property provides access to the Neuse River from the backyard with a dock to kayak and fish. More upfront details should be provided related to one bathroom in the house and a shower outside in the yard before booking. The listing stated two bathrooms. Also, the house's bathroom has to be accessed by either walking through the connected bedroom or going through the enclosed front porch. The enclosed front porch is not heated and has windows facing the street. My family member who slept in another room was not comfortable utilizing the front porch at night or early in the morning to use the house bathroom. I would not have booked this location if I had known the details of the house bathroom.
