Ubicato in Sanibel Island, questo affascinante condominio a 223 € per notte è un eccellente scelta per il tuo prossimoviaggio. Il nostro recentemente aggiornato Loggerhead Cay Condo con mobili nuovi soggiorno e cucina completamente nuova. C'è DSL e Internet ad alta velocità Wi-Fi nella nostra unità. Abbiamo una splendida vista sulla spiaggia di Golfo e la piscina riscaldata sotto. L'ampio soggiorno RM ha un 26 piedi. Specchio da parete a una vista eccellente dal 60% del condominio Caratterizzato da una cucina completamente attrezzata, vasca idromassaggio nel bagno padronale, ampio soggiorno, sala da pranzo, terrazza schermato e New Full size anteriore carico lavatrice / Dyer.
La biancheria da letto è un re al Master con un HDTV, 2 Twins nel guest con TV / DVD e un divano letto in salotto. La camera degli ospiti è stato completamente ristrutturato. C'è un nuovo HD 32 in. TV con DVD e VHS Player. Nuovi aggiornamenti includono nuova cucina e gratuito per ospiti 4 biciclette di alta qualità. Le biciclette per adulti erano Nuovo nel 2014. Le caratteristiche uniche della nostra unità è il cursori di vetro sia sul Dentro e fuori dal lato della Lanai. Si può avere l'aria condizionata in Lanai. L'Oriente parete del soggiorno è completamente a specchio. Le pareti a specchio fornisce aggiunto luminosità al condominio.
Sanibel Island è un paradiso tropicale con infinite cose da vedere e da fare per tutte le età. Ci sono circa 30 chilometri di mountain bike, a piedi e in linea pattinaggio. Godetevi il fogliame lussureggiante, fiori, e Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. Si può camminare per chiudere da negozi e ristoranti. Ci sono 2 18 buche pubblico da golf sull'isola.

We were so glad to spend time on Sanibel after canceling our trip a year ago due to Ian. Currently, Dec '23, very few condos and rentals are available. Construction is underway, including this complex, and will be several years to complete. The noise and annoyance factors are offset by empty beaches. Great shelling with so few tourists.
JIm, the owner, was very responsive to any inquires we made and brought a new set of pots and pans on our request. This unit is in a great location on the lighthouse side of the island. I would definitely recommend this unit with the caveat that there will be construction noise starting right at 7 am and continuing until 5 to 7 pm.

Jim is incredibly friendly, prompt and helpful. Our family of four found the condo to be very clean, well stocked and generously spacious with a great variety of beach essentials. The beaches of the east end are beautiful, and we throroughly enjoyed our active stay. We will be returning soon. I'm glad to see how Sanibel is bouncing back.

We own a condo on the Island that is still under reconstruction after Ian. We were grateful to have a place to stay while we visited our property and relatives in the area. We were the first renters at this property following Ian. While there was still a lot of recovery going on, we had a great stay. Jim quickly addressed minor issues related to us being the first renters, had a backup plan if anything had not worked out...he could not have been a better host. Thanks Jim for getting everything ready for our visit! AND, for anyone concerned about the Island being ready for visitors, please do not hesitate. The recovery is going strong! Many restaurants are open, shops are starting to open and the Island is getting closer to "normal" everyday. It will never be the same place it was before Ian, but will always be Sanibel and beautiful! Come visit #sanibelstrong

We interacted with every variety of wildlife from the beach directly adjacent to the property. Dolphins, live shells etc. were accessible to the same degree as at any of the close by public beaches. It was so convenient to walk right to the gulf from the condo. We also enjoyed the restaurants that were close by.

property was great but the "No-see-um" bugs on beach in evening was big turn off. Forgot to take my bug repellant. The condo could use carpet replacement though. The owner of condo is awesome

The condo was bright, clean, and comfortable. The complex was beautiful , clean, and had great beach access. The owner had wonderful communication from booking throughout our stay. Would highly recommend!!

We had an excellent stay at Jim’s beach condo. Close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach! Jim was great about responding to anything we needed.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and thoughtfully stocked with essentials. Super close to the beach. Very well maintained property and pool too. The owner, Jim, checking to make sure we got in and settled was a very nice touch. Hopefully the condo will be available for our next trip to Sanibel.

Great Vacation Experience!
From the start of the booking process, to payments, ease of check in, complete communication about condo policy and procedures, Jim make everything seamless!
This was our second time staying at Jim's property and will continue to book his condo in the future.
Perfect for a family and it is close to everything Sanibel Island and Fort Myers has to offer!

Two Weeks of Fabulous
Condo was in a perfect location for us...my husband and our adult son. A few minutes walk to the beach and shelling, pool, too. Easy location close to the causeway. Bikes were also provided although my son rented a bike more to his liking to go on long rides. We used the grills provided to make dinner a few nights which was very easy too. Traffic can get crazy at certain times, but just expect it and you'll be fine. I actually love that it's just a two-lane road that's shared with lots of bikes. Just a beautiful, fun atmosphere.
The owner was pleasant and very easy/nice to deal with. I'd go again in a minute.
