My Husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It was perfect for just the two of us! Loved that it was equipped with pots, pans and dishes so that I could cook us breakfast in the morning. We loved the jacuzzi very relaxing! Fernando was a great host!

My partner and I stayed here for four days and three nights, it’s a great location right in the center of everything. It’s a little congested traffic-wise, but about the same distance to Busch gardens as it was to downtown Tampa. It wasn’t too far from Clearwater either. Overall we had a great time whether we were out or spending the night in. The shower and tub were definitely highlights of the apartment.

From the privacy to the quiet neighborhood, everything was spot on. This area was very close to freeway entrance. Plenty of restaurants and necessity places within reach. Couple beaches 10-20 min out. Would book again...

The place was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and perfectly located. Fernando (the host) was responsive and easy to work with and has done an excellent job creating a top notch place to stay. He has thought of everything for his guests' comfort and convenience as the place is well stocked with anything you would need. If you're looking for a clean, quality and comfortable place to stay in the Tampa area this is a GREAT location as it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Town & Country area and is convenient to everything. I would definitely come back whenever I visit the Tampa area!

It was a very small space but it was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The bed was comfortable and although the kitchen was small, it was enough for us. The bathroom was great but had some issues with the jacuzzi. Location is a bit iffy but not too bad if you don’t mind the drive.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night, got in late and had to leave first thing in the morning. Very bright and inviting, quiet, comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom with a very inviting tub. Wish we would have had time to enjoy it all.

We stayed here in late March and were very happy with our experience. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with access to the highway close by. We were able to explore the gulf side of Florida during the day and return to the lovely apartment in the evening. We didn't use the small kitchenette, as we really only needed a place to sleep and shower. This place was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is large and equipped with soft towels. Fernando was there to greet us to make sure everything was as needed. It was a great stay!

Completely accommodating, very nice and peaceful home. Your own yard, your own front door all in a secluded area of the property. Very relaxing after a long day of work. I was able too cook watch tv and relax oh and forget all about the traffic, all at a great price and hosts that care about your experience. Thank you so much! -Matthew

Fer and Nat's guesthouse was a perfect spot for us to relax, enjoy, and ring in the New Year! They were fantastic hosts and the place was immaculate, with little personal touches that we really appreciated. This place really is a hidden gem, I highly recommend staying here if you're in the Tampa area!
