Questo bellissimo condominio 3 camere da letto / 3 bagni completo situato in posizione centrale sopra Silverthorne Colorado. È in cima alla montagna con una vista mozzafiato sulla valle e sulla Bull Mountain. Situato al 3 ° piano con soppalco e soffitti a volta che lasciano entrare quel bel sole del Colorado. Master Bedroom (Queen) ha il proprio bagno e patio privato. La seconda camera è di 2 letti singoli ed è ideale per i bambini. Loft / 3 Camera da letto (Queen) è al piano superiore con molto spazio extra e bagno privato. La 4a opzione per dormire (Queen) si estrae nel soggiorno. Pianta molto aperta con arredi e servizi molto aggiornati. Grande TV LCD in soggiorno con cavo e WiFi. La parte migliore di questa proprietà è l'accesso alla fantastica club house (50-75 Yards di distanza), dotata di piscina (coperta), vasche idromassaggio, sauna, campi da squash, tavoli da biliardo, biliardino, campi da tennis (all'aperto) e altro ancora. Ottima posizione per tutti e 5 i resort.(Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland) tutti meno di 20 minuti, Vail e Beaver Creek 30-45 minuti. Questo condominio è situato appena fuori dalla I-70 e molto vicino a molti negozi, ristoranti e attività (estate e inverno) Il Summit Stage è un autobus gratuito che parte ogni mezz'ora e attraversa tutta la Contea di Summit e tutti i resort e città. Questo condominio è fantastico per famiglie e amici e ci piacerebbe condividerlo con te.

We enjoyed our stay for our ski vacation. The property was exactly as listed. We didn’t need to communicate additionally with the property owners because everything was exactly as listed and they provided tons of great info at check in. The location was great close to so many restaurants, ski resorts and on the bus line. The unit itself worked well for our 3 kiddos and grandparents. And we all loved the recreation room! We would stay here again!

This was a great spot for our friends and family to gather for a few days of skiing at Copper.
The owners were very communicative and have created a nice spacious place with a great view .
The kitchen is small but well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our dinner for 7 each night . There is plenty of seating . Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels provided.
We unfortunately had an area power outage for several hours one evening but the owners were communicative and kept us up to date as they received information.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It's clean, spacious, and the facilities were great. We stayed in the condo with our three young kids and everyone had a great time. Do note - the elevation is around 9,000 ft, so drink plenty of water if you're not from the high country.

It was lovely. The cleanliness was exceptional. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and swimming at the clubhouse while waiting for our laundry to finish. Thank you for providing such wonderful accommodations.

We stayed with friends for a week in preparation for Leadville Burro Race and couldn't ask for a better place. It's close to all the stores and restaurants but also offers a quiet location with great views. If you decide to cook for yourself, the kitchen has everything necessary. And the pool and jacuzzi cannot be skipped after long days hiking or just for relaxation.
Will gladly come back if in the area again!

Beautiful view and a couple of nice hiking trails near the condo. Great having the extra space with 3 separate sleeping areas and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with essentials, just missed the grill that was advertised, but not there. Beds were comfortable, condo was clean, and kids enjoyed the extra activities at the clubhouse.

We visited from Texas and this was a great spot to escape the heat. Close to town with everything you need. Awesome views from the patio! Would absolutely recommend.

Was an amazing place to stay with everything we needed. Coming from nz it took us a bit to get use to get use to going to the clubhouse to do the laundry but soon become the norm!! Being in the 3rd floor you get amazing views and the house is. Ice and light! We travelled to Copper mountain every day for training and it was super easy and not too long a drive. Shane and Megan were amazing to deal with and had great communication. Would easily stay here again.

We stayed here during a ski vacation - it was fantastic! Shane and Megan had everything we could possibly need in the condo, the rooms were large, furniture and carpeting were new and comfortable, the clubhouse wonderful, and the views spectacular!

Loved the Mountain View. 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms were great for family of 6! Shane was great communicator and had the gas fireplace fixed by local maintenance for our stay. It was a good location for restaurants and shopping. Breckenridge was 30 min drive. Highly recommend it

The condo has an amazing view and the owners responded quickly with minor fixes than came up. Lots of bed space and room to spread out. Kitchen had a lot of amenities that you usually have to buy, like salt/pepper, coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Just needed dish towels! Overall great place!

We had a slow start! Owner was always very responsive to problems with condo.
We had problems with screen door, pilot light in fireplace and never got the TV to work, but it was not a real problem since we started playing games in the evening.

Just what we needed
The property had recently been rennovated and you could tell. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything. The clubhouse hosted many ping pong and pool matches! The altitude is rather high at 10, 700 feet. That effected us a little.

This condo was perfect for my father, brother and I to hit the slopes for 4 days. Especially, the proximity to the clubhouse for the relaxing indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely stay here again….in fact we plan on it.

Great place and very responsive hosts. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we arrived and the unit hadn’t been cleaned since last guests. Hosts had them come out right away and resolved within a couple of hours.

Perfect for our yearly ski trip
Perfect for our 2 small family weekend ski trip. Short drive to Copper Mountain, close to shopping and eating. We enjoyed our stay!

Well furnished rental for ski week
We were very comfortable in Shane’s Timber Ridge unit for our ski week. The unit had plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and dishes. We had a fair amount of snowfall during our stay and the parking lot was well maintained.
Although we were never able to get the gas fireplace to work, Shane made every effort to help us during our stay. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Perfect Winter Break
The condo is very clean, comfortable, nicely appointed, has terrific views from the front balcony, and was nicely located between the resorts we skiied: Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek.
We really enjoyed the hot tubs, indoor pool, and sauna after each day on the slopes.
Shane and Megan are terrific hosts, and were very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had.

We stayed here with our teenaged children for a long weekend. Great views from both sides and easy access to two hikes at the top of the hill. Clubhouse could use some updating but property owner can't do anything about that.
