I stayed on this house for a weekend get away with my kids and parents, the house is very cozy, beds are super comfortable, the house has everything you need and more, the owner is super nice and attentive, we had alot of snow on our last day and there he was cleaning the driveway so we could get out easier. The only small downfall is the neighborhood is very old, I got a little scared driving to the house, but when I arrived the house itself is perfect and veryyy centric.

The house was comfortable and very nice with easy walking to the local bus stop and not a bad walk to the falls. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to anything needed.

This was the first time we were away from home for Christmas. The house did not disappoint! It was adorned with holiday decorations and even a tree. Made it perfect to open Christmas gifts on Christmas Day. Truly made it feel like home away from home. It was close to everything in the Niagara area and the weather was perfect for strolling outside.

My husband and I with our adult daughter had a wonderful 4-day stay at your cozy Maple Leaf house! Thank you so much for working with our schedule change. Jing is a great host of a clean, stocked, and lovely house. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable large beds and enough space for the 3 of us to eat dinner and relax at the end of our busy days.

The home had everything we needed. Maps took us right there. Home was very comfortable and stock really well. Location of house was excellent. Neighborhood was clean and friendly. Wife said her side of bed was good. I felt like I was in a memory foam hole. Tv, wifi, heater, water was exceptional. Parking was off street next to house. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. I read some reviews mention that the stairs are noisy. The housing in this area are older home. Owner have reinforced steps and we had no problem with the noise. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful home.

The home was just as listed. Felt like home. The bed and pillows were awesome as well as the couches. Extremely clean and well cared for home. We met the owner the day before we left and he is just as nice in person as he was throughout all our communications. He gave us great tips on where to go and how to walk to the Falls. Be sure to also visit the Falls at night as the colors are amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. Tastefully decorated. We would definitely book again should our travels bring us to this area again. Awesome Stay.

Clean, well-functioning house. Two blocks from Queen St, short walk to bus to Niagara Falls attractions. No complaints! Note that the house feels kind of empty - no books, no toys; but it has a TV and dishes, some tea and coffee, linens and towels. We were good there. Thanks!

This was a great location to visit the falls and Niagara area in general. The house is older (matching most of the area) but was comfortable and had all the essentials. There’s a corner store 2 blocks away for any basic needs you forgot, and a lovely walking path right across the road. If you want all the modern amenities this might not be what you’re looming for but if you want a pleasant stay in a conveniently situated period house, great option.

This is a quaint, lovely house, well maintained, and had all of the amenities you could think of in a house including pantry items, paper products, coffee, etc. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and making new friends with everyone who walked by. Would definitely stay here again! Very close to the Falls, but we actually enjoyed Queen Street for eating and unique shopping.

Perfect property for a family vacation in Niagara! Property was clean, easy walk to the falls/attractions! The porch and deck were great for the evening when the kids went to sleep. The play house in the back yard was a hit with our 2 year old! We had a great stay!

Cottage was clean and a good place to stay not far from the falls. The owner even dropped off a coffee maker when we realized the one in the unit was broken. Great overall experience.

Maple Leaf was perfect for our stay. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out and an easy 20-25 minute walk to the falls area or a 5ish minute walk to the closest WeGo stop (bed & breakfast). A big plus was all of the amenities that came with the house - plenty of towels for everyone and all of the necessary cooking items to fix meals at the house. We also loved the big front porch to sit outside and have coffee in the mornings. The host was great to work with and even had the house ready for us to check in when we arrived a couple of hours early.

We loved the little house. It had most of what we needed and was clean. The kitchen utensils were pretty worn looking but we didnt expect new. It was very quiet.

Clean, convenient location. Right across the street from a walking trail to Clifton Hill and the WEGO. As advertised. Easy check in.

This is an older home that has has some updating. It was very clean and had all the amenities a person would need. The check in/out process was very smooth and we had no issues during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and the beds were quite comfy.

We stayed in Maple Leaf House for three nights with our daughter and two grandchildren. The house was clean and spacious and within a easy walk to the Falls and other attractions. It is also very close to the historic downtown.
We enjoyed our breakfasts and morning coffee sitting on the front porch overlooking a park and biking and walking trail.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We didn't walk from here to the Falls but we were able to easily walk to the B&B bus stop for the Green Line. Walking to the bus stop and taking the bus made it easy to explore all of the Niagara attractions. We would definitely come back to this property and recommend it to family and friends.

This property was conveniently located to the Falls and attractions. It was just a short 5 minute drive. The house was clean and well maintained. The only reaso we did not give 5 stars is that this house is definitely an older house that could use some updating, but everything was in working order. Would stay here again.

Suggestion: add a pitcher to the kitchen. Milk comes in bags in Canada, and we had to pour the milk in multiple glasses. Otherwise, everything we needed was provided.

The property was in a quite and safe feeling neighborhood. It was clean and had comfy beds. The kitchen had all we needed. A second bathroom would only make this place better, but we made do. The property is an easy mile walk to the Falls.

I brought my family here for a surprise 50th birthday for my husband. The house is cute and clean with comfortable beds. Bare-bones as far as decorations and kitchen supplies goes, just in comparison to some other homes we’ve rented; not at all a complaint, just an observation. Suited us well and would definitely recommend!
