Questo bellissimo e moderno cottage lato oceano a 3 piani con 3 camere da letto e 31/2 bagni, una camera da letto al primo piano, due camere da letto al 2 ° piano. Ogni camera ha il bagno privato completo.
A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, il Triple S Marina si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto alla casa. L'ospite ha anche l'accesso al parcheggio del rimorchio e della barca. Questa casa con vista sia sull'audio che sull'oceano! Ottima posizione con accesso alla spiaggia aperta! La proprietà è situata proprio tra il suono e l'oceano, con splendide viste su entrambi! Molto, elegantemente arredato e progettato. C'è una doccia esterna per il gioco dopo la spiaggia.
La cucina è all'ultimo piano, la sala da pranzo ha una vista grandiosa. Ci sono tre grandi balconi in legno (uno su ogni piano) e una doccia esterna per giocare dopo la spiaggia.

The unit we stayed in was the B side of a three-story duplex. We never heard the neighbors, so that was good. It is a five minute walk to the beach and if you want to drive your gear there, you’ll have to pay for the very limited parking with an app.
The unit itself was comfortable and eclectic. The inside dining table only seats four so we had to sit on the porch to be able to seat all seven of us.
We had some suggestions for the host on improving how the kitchen is stocked - like more glassware and microwavable dishes - and on improving cleanliness. She was responsive and receptive. In fact, she was easily reached via text any time with questions.
Atlantic Beach, in July, was busy but laid back and quiet. A nice place for a family getaway.

The house location is great. There is some interesting people watching from the balcony, but its an easy walk to the beach, and a quick drive to fort Macon if your interested in that. The house was pretty clean and the host was quick to respond.
Two things to note.. 1. There are a lot of stairs, and they are unavoidable. The kitchen is on the third floor, the laundry and 1 bedroom is on the bottom floor, 2 bedrooms on the second floor. So your going to be getting your workout in. 2. The house is very decorated and a lot of the decorations are fragile, and seem they it would be easy to knock them over. I have a 7 year old, who isn't destructive but is active and I was constantly saying careful. I think that it isn't a great place for kids especially toddlers between the stairs and the fragile items.
This is a great place for a couples weekend, or a family with a little bit older kids.

The property is very well kept. It's a fairly quiet area. The access to the boat ramp is available if you are willing to pay $15 dollars to launch a kayak, which we are not. The ocean view is VERY limited. From where we have stayed in the past on the ocean front this property is way overpriced.

Mary was a great host & very responsive to our requests. The property is nestled between the sound & the ocean side. Convenient walk to the beach. Was surprised this house is near an old hotel & vacation trailers. But it’s a great location in terms of convenience & it’s very clean & comfortable.

You Will Not Want to Leave!
Mary was a delight from the day we booked until the day we checked out. She was extremely responsive to all of our needs. The house was exceptionally clean with enough room for three adult couples to be comfortable, including the kitchen which often became the focal point of our hanging out. The kitchen was the most well stocked VRBO I've stayed in. Plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, plates, cups, and spices (though we brought our own). The outdoor decks afford a beautiful view of the waterway and for storms rolling in. It became so much like home that it was difficult to leave after the fourth day. The beach is just about two blocks away and an easy walk. We are already considering our dates for next year.

Three Day Getaway
Property was easily accessible and convenient to beach and stores.
We Had lots of rain and high wind so we spent more time inside than what we intended.
Balcony off kitchen living room area was nicely furnished and extended the living space.
Mary answered very quickly although we only contacted her before check in.
Because of virus we cooked all meals but one and kitchen had everything we needed

It was just what we were looking for
The three bedrooms and three and a half baths gave the four of us plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The views from the balconies were wonderful. We had all the comforts of home while being a short walk from the beach.

Wonderful get away spot
Overall I cannot rave enough about this place. The owner, Mary, was beyond amazing. If you're looking for a beachy rental type decor, this is not it. This makes you feel like you're a welcomed & pampered guest in someone's home. So many things were already provided...trash bags, dish liquid, spices, detergent & dryer sheets. Mary even said we could use the chairs & umbrella in the garage. I think the only thing I'd recommend is more cookware (measuring cups/spoons, a few more pots & pans) and silverware. A family of six will go through most if not all of the dishes in a day. The only thing that would make this better would be a golf cart BUT there is public parking at the beach so it's truly not that bad. The elevator is great for hauling stuff to the top floor, the appliances are updated, granite countertops. Some of the bar chairs have a little wear on them but it's to be expected. The linens were of good quality, the paint scheme was beautiful and the house is well maintained. There is a balcony with seating on every floor, with a large table that seats 8 on the top floor, which is where the kitchen is. I would definitely rent this again.

Clean, convenient, relaxing vacation rental!
This vacation rental turned out to be the perfect choice for a long weekend at the beach! The rental was a 3-story end unit just a short walk from the beach and directly across from the marina, making it convenient for launching the boat or hanging out on the beach. Everything was incredibly clean making it a very comfortable environment to relax with friends. We would book again in a heartbeat!
