Stunning views! South Shore 4BR cottage - Walk to Hirtle's Beach
Questo cottage con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova sulla South Shore nell'incantevole Upper Kingsburg. Poco meno di 1,5 ore dall'aeroporto di Halifax, il cottage si trova a breve distanza in auto da Lunenburg e Mahone Bay e offre ampie vedute sull'Oceano Atlantico e sul laghetto Romkey. Ben attrezzata, ma semplice, la casa dispone di 4 camere da letto al secondo piano (2 letti matrimoniali e 2 matrimoniali). Una delle camere è più piccola e adatta ai bambini. Cammina fino alla spiaggia di Hirtles e alla spettacolare scogliera a Gaff Point e risciacqua nella doccia esterna dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare! Due salotti offrono aree di soggiorno separate e ci sono posti a sedere da pranzo per 8+ quando si utilizzano entrambi i tavoli. Scenario spettacolare per cui esplorare la Nuova Scozia, o semplicemente trascorrere le giornate rilassanti in spiaggia.

Can't beat the location...Hirtle's Beach was outstanding to walk on, unfortunately the Gaff Point trail was closed. Lunenburg and the LeHave bakery (via the ferry) are close by however, for shopping and entertainment. From the front porch Adirondack chairs, the view is as pictured (would be nice though if a couple of electricity poles disappeared). Kitchen mainly new and the fridge is more than adequate, also there's a substantial dining table, otherwise it's an old farmhouse and the furniture is eclectic. The two TV's require Roku/Netflix passwords. Staircase to the bedrooms is steep. The 4 bedrooms are not equally comfortable due to the angle of the roof. Book the Bluenose 2 well in advance if you want to take the 2 hour cruise.

2nd stay at this home and its truly wonderful. If you are looking for relaxation and comfort, I highly recommend staying. We were a group of six and there was plenty of space and then some. The views are amazing and the walk to the beach 10 to 15 minutes depending.

We stayed at Cat’s beautiful house overlooking Hirtle Beach for two weeks of the most perfectly peaceful holiday away from busy the traffic jams of Toronto. The house was much larger than we imagined it would be. Kitchen was perfect with everything you can imagine requiring for cooking at home. Lots of places just sit and read, especially the porch facing out to the pond and the beach. The magnificent horse next door got out a few times and came to our porch to enjoy me feeding her some carrots. This house was beyond our expectations.

I. Found the house and windows need a good cleaning. The mattresses need to be improved. Otherwise everything else was good
