Communication and booking the property with the host were very easy! We were able to bring our very old dog with us as well which was much appreciated! Overall we would definitely come back again!

We loved our little 1 bdrm unit. My husband is from Mt Shasta and we usually stay with his family. Due to circumstances, we were not able to stay with them this time and found this ideal unit that accepts a dog. The place is cute, cozy and had everything we needed to dig ourselves out when over 2 ft of snow accumulated overnight.
My only complaint would be that there is a metal gate at the head of the bed that the other guests use and if they come in late, it bangs against the wall and wakes you up. My suggestion would be to have the other guests use the middle walkway access point that isn't attached to where someone is sleeping.
But I would highly recommend and plan to stay again in the future.

Very cute little place right in town with off-street parking that makes loading and unloading ski gear easy. The unit is listed for 4 people - this would be VERY cosy, as the fold-out futon is shortish (length-wise), so it is truly perfect for 3 adults. Loved the front patio with nice outdoor furniture to relax on, and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay and would definitely rent this place again.

This is a small well kept cottage in very short walking distance to downtown, shopping and restaurants.
We stayed here a year ago so it needs maintenance attention in the bathroom. Blinds in the bedroom need replacing. But these repairs wouldn't keep us from renting again

I would say this place was good, but we arrived to open windows and a freezing place.. It was 20 degrees outside! We froze the first night because the wall heater only heats the main room not the bedroom.. Also, only 3 kurigs of coffee, not enough for our stay for all of us. Overall, the kids had fun playing in the snow outside and we enjoyed our stay, but those few things would have helped.. The Christmas Tree and decorations and candy were a nice touch!

This is a cute, clean and well stocked cottage. There is an attached covered porch for outdoor seating and the property yard is well kept with lots of seating areas to enjoy sitting outside . Very short walk to downtown and restaurants and grocery and liquor stores across the street. We would definitely stay here again!!

We have a plug-in hybrid car, it would be nice have a outlet there, so we can charge our car overnight.

Very clean...many amenities, well stocked. It’s winter...lots of blankets and good heater! I thought the bed topper for the foldout bed would be in the unit and didn’t discover that it wasn’t there ‘til after hours...tough the first night, but when I called they provided everything that was necessary..it’s a thin wall between units so hope for a quiet neighbor!

Super clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, well stocked kitchen to be able to cook own meals, great communication with owners. Quiet and well located to downtown Mt Shasta. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Easy distance to many outdoor activities.
