1/2 Block To The Gulf! Family Friendly Cottage - Plenty of room to gather
Questo cottage familiare dispone di ampio spazio per ospitare comodamente 10 ospiti. L'enorme zona soggiorno con soffitti a volta dispone di tre divani (tra cui due traversine), sedile d'amore e due girevoli. Abbondanza di posti a sedere per visualizzare la TV a schermo piatto da 65 "a schermo piatto. Ci sono due ponti esterni con il ponte anteriore principale con vista sul Golfo. C'è una grande area coperta sotto il cottage per mangiare fuori e intrattenimento. Questa struttura si trova appena fuori West Beach Blvd non lontano dai negozi del centro e ristoranti ancora appena oltre gli sviluppi condominio ad alta crescita, quindi le spiagge qui sono meno affollate !.
Vuoi comodità? Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada è il ristorante Beach House con buon cibo e bevande e un mercato fresco di frutti di mare e conveniente negozio accanto.

Potete vedere il Golfo del Messico dal tuo ponte anteriore e arrivare è solo una breve passeggiata.

2nd year in a row renting this house for spring break for our family, everything was great and liked the updated tv for the few days it was raining, if anythings the owner coukd do is maybe a swifter vacuum and one of those swifter mops to help with what sand we coukdnt keep out

Highly recommend! There are 3 bedrooms, a master with a king size bed, a 2nd room with a king, & 3rd room with a twin bunk bed & full size bed. Pictures do not do this house justice. More gorgeous than anticipated! 2 full baths, washer & dryer (similar to ones in an apartment/ on top of each other) located in hallway bathroom. Pots & pans, dishes, flatware, etc all in the home. Spacious enough for 10 people. There are picnic tables, porch swings, & a ln outdoor shower underneath the home. So convenient for washing off after going to the beach. Beach is within eyesight. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and beach towels. They do provide a few toiletries, but recommend bringing your own. Do not recommend the restaurant across the street, burned our food and served it that way. Recommend going to the Hangout down the street. Lots of activities for the whole family.

It was a great location and house but.....
The hair dryer had a short the window in the bedroom was busted the outlet in the bedroom was loose the other outlet threw sparks. But most concerning is the ants and the ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!! We were worried we would bring them home and they would get into our food.
