Peaceful 3br/2.5ba Condo On Golf Course; 6-7 Minute Walk To Miramar Beach
Seascape è uno degli sviluppi originali di Destin e dispone di 4 cottage situati intorno al campo da golf Seascape in una splendida cornice. Questa unità si trova al piano inferiore di fronte allo stagno sul campo da golf ed è a soli 6 minuti a piedi (3/10 di un miglio o probabilmente 400 iarde) dalla bellissima spiaggia di Destin. Il condominio è l'ideale se stai cercando un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante ma vuoi essere a pochi minuti da tutta l'azione. Sedersi sulla veranda la mattina di fronte al grande stagno Seascape e prendere il caffè o il tè del mattino è estremamente rilassante e tranquillo o fare una breve passeggiata in spiaggia per godersi l'alba sull'acqua. La piscina, la piscina per bambini e i 2 campi da tennis in terra battuta (è necessario iscriversi al pro shop per giocare sui campi e c'è una carica) sono direttamente dietro l'unità nel triangolo che compone circa 20 edifici che ospitano 4 unità . L'unità ha una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto king size e due camere da letto aggiuntive (una con 2 letti a castello che può ospitare 4 e una con 2 letti singoli). Ha una bella cucina con cucina rinnovata, una sala per la colazione o una sala da pranzo con un muro murale dipinto della spiaggia, un comodo soggiorno e un patio con un'altalena. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice a gettoni proprio fuori dalla porta per le 4 unità nell'edificio. Questa unità è la migliore di entrambi i mondi in quanto è possibile scegliere attività o scegliere di rilassarsi e rilassarsi.

Nice 3 bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps 8. Everything we needed for our group of 7 for 4 nights. Perfect for our Topeka Music Vacation which takes place in Seascape. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was exactly what we needed for our spring break getaway! The place was spacious, clean, and a perfect location for walking to the beach! Highly recommend!

The pictures make it look like the access points to the beach are much closer than they really are. The are very inconvenient to say the least. It’s a much much farther walk than we have had in the past and the pictures are deceiving. Even the pool is a decent walk away not where we can even step out and see the kids. The grills are placed in very weird places as well so it’s hard to grill out with the only picnic table so far away from our condo. We made it work just a heads up for others. The part of the beach we were allowed to set up on was packed with the ordered umbrellas (they took priority and would move yours even if you were there first)so we were 3 rows deep the entire beachfront which meant you couldn’t even see the water hardly let alone get easy access. The condo was ok at first glimpse but the pans/utensils were very greasy and rusty. It definitely wasn’t clean clean (dark cobwebs all over and hairs in tubs stuff spilled on wall by your head in master bed) I cleaned it myself so it wasn’t a huge deal just irritating and unexpected. The guest bath had standing water the entire time you are in it too so the sand/salt is still on your feet. Not near enough towels or wash rags for the amount of people that are allowed to stay. Then one roll of toilet paper in 3 bathrooms for a week for 6-8people is crazy. Had to go buy a lot of things including towels and wash rags kitchen pans etc to make it work but we did. Over all it wasn’t the worst I’ve stayed at but it definitely wasn’t the best. We won’t stay here again simply because of how far away it is from the beach and access points. The walk across the pond is very far away so that’s not accurate and the walk over the road is also very far away. Your easiest access point in through the very stinky bar and grill. I did have a very good experience with the owner though. The disposal went out the first day and she had them there in no time and it was replaced. Then the AC went out one evening and she was on it as soon as she could so we were only without air for about 12 hours. So her responsiveness was nice. Just a heads up for future renters
