Great location, clean as a whistle and plenty of room for our family of six. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our two weeks in Hollywood - so close to everything.

Everything was great for the most part. I feel there are few things that could be done to the place. The hand rail in the staircase was loose, did not feel safe using it. The baseboards in the quest bath needed repair. Fresh coat of paint throughout the house. The sheets in my room, seemed fine, until I pulled them off. I saw a pee stain on the mattress pad. That should be cleaned and bleached. There were wires sticking out of the wall in the kitchen. There were cracked or chipped dishes in the kitchen. The keys to get into the place, gate, house, gate to the house. Recommend color-coding them, was confusing to figure out which key to get in and out and lock up. When we left early 8am, there were no lights on in the garage, we had to use the rental car lights to illuminate the garage to see to load our car with luggage. Also, there was a truck parked in-front of the dumpster, not sure what that was about. Also, I felt there should have been a slip mat in the tub, I almost fell. Finding towels, was weird, could have been better organized. Overall I would stay again if needed.

Overall the stay was great, great location if you want to get to Hollywood boulevard
The apartment was lovely apart from a few things that were needed addressing but I contact Lauran and she was great with dealing with any issues we had.

Great location and very clean 3 bedroom. 15 min drive to universal and 2 mins walk to Hollywood blvd. Condo is newly renovated and offers everything for a great and cozy stay. You can’t beat the location. Overall excellent stay.

Great unit in the back of the complex. Very quiet and spacious. We were working an event in Hollywood and needed a place to stay within walking distance. This place was great, very quiet and very spacious. Only got to spend a couple hours in the unit to sleep, as we had a long work day, but wish we could have stayed for a couple more days. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

The property was nice. Plenty of room for a family of four and it had comfy beds too. Hollywood walk of Fame is a block over which was cool. There was a hiccup with check in process but the owner was completely honest and forthright about the situation and made everything right. I'd definitely recommend the property.

Unfortunately, our family and I not have a pleasant experience with the property
PROS:
-two parking spots, in a secure garage
-very close to walk of fame. A block away from all the night action for those who enjoy nightlife
-beds are ok, not too hard or top soft.
-washer and dryer with detergent
CONS:
-old building with typical old building smell. Unkept exterior, with spider webs covering main door gate
-the fact that this us a vacation house is notable. Maintenance is poor. Air filters are covered in dust, need to be change urgently. Door of main bedroom does not close as one of the hinges is completely broke. The hallway bathroom door knob is for closet therefore has no lock. The rails of stairs and the one that separates the dinning from the living room are wobbly.
-unit was not well cleaned. floors were dirty as others have pointed on previous reviews. The stove was also dirty. The curtains need to be washed, those have been collecting dust and color is no longer white. I communicated concerns with owner whom offered to send the cleaning crew back, which though is appropriate, seems to be a recurrent theme that should not be continued, specially when additional cleaning fees are charged

The unit has been updated and met our needs. Plenty of space for our group of three, but would be fine for more. The beds were comfortable, but the couch isn't supportive (for our age group) and the one chair isn't very comfortable. (didn't change my rating though) Dining room table and chairs are fine. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and pots, but limited pans (1 very old small frying pan). Would have liked some hand towels in the kitchen. The amount of toilet paper and paper towels worked for us as we were a small group and out and about, but you'll likely need to buy some...depending on the length of your stay. Communication was great with the owner/lmanager.
We were 3 older women and we felt safe in the neighborhood....1 block off of Hollywood Blvd. Walked during the day and used Uber at night. Would definitely recommend the location.

The location is amazing to be in Hollywood area, walk to Hollywood Blvd. or for us we were driving to Universal Studios as well. The manager was friendly and helpful to message us. We enjoyed having 3 bedrooms upstairs and the downstairs area was nice for relaxing.

I was looking forward to staying at this cute little place in LA. Only to find out if you don’t text the host before 10 PM you will not get in. Host knew that we were arriving late and after 10 PM she no longer communicated with me in regards to getting the keys to get into the unit. It was midnight and my family and I had to find another place to stay. The host never had the decency to reach out. Beyond Rude! If I were you, I would find somewhere else to stay, somewhere with a reliable host!

This was a pleasant surprise and nice alternative from staying at a hotel on Hollywood Boulevard. The place is surprisingly spacious and renovated. Don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building, it’s quite nice inside. Perfect for two big teenager boys as they each got their own room. Host is responsive and it was easy check in-check out.

The location is within walking distance of the Hollywood strip, with plenty to see and do within walking distance of the apartment. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our requests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location of this property couldn’t be better if you are looking to stay right in Hollywood ! We felt quite safe as the complex is gated.
The house had a coffee maker and stocked with coffee and sugar which we appreciated with our late arrival
The beds were comfortable
Could use a detailed clean…it was clean but not as thoroughly as I personally would have liked it ? But maybe I’m just very particular
Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay :)

This property is 2 blocks from Hollywood Blvd and a 1.3 mile walk to the Hollywood Bowl. Overall the neighborhood is a little gritty, but the inside of this property was nice and comfortable. It was perfect for our girls trip. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. There are 2 parking spaces available in the building’s garage which was a big bonus. The only issue is it’s difficult to exit onto the driveway. I scraped my SUV leaving— prob would be better in a sedan or compact car.

Perfect location for visiting Hollywood and other locations around LA. Parking spot was key! Laurie was a great host and provided a number of fantastic recommendations for things to do and see while we were there. Separate shout out to Sidecar Donuts that Laurie recommended. Definitely worth a visit.

At the end of our day, we came back for a premier of Jurassic Park at the Chinese Theater (3 minute walk!).
The house is spacious. There was the smell of an older house, one of the only critiques I have. It is a modern space, open and the 3 bedrooms worked nicely for us.
Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to experience Hollywood by staying near the action.

I traveled from New York to the property with my three kids . The location is literally in the Ghetto . The property is dated and not clean . I stayed 20 minutes and left the same day as check in . I spent hours in the phone with the Vrbo and the host to try to get my money back . I have not received any money back yet . I needed up booking a hotel for the entire vacation . I would not recommend this property .at all .

The master bedroom floor didn't seem to have been mopped in a while it was very dusty and so was the closet. So dusty that if something were to fall on the floor it would be full of dust when you picked it up. The other thing was the master bathroom shower water pressure was low. I felt like I had to take extra-long showers to feel clean. Other than that it was great. I would stay here again. Also I should mention the host was very responsive and I do believe if I had told her about the cleaning issue she would have resolved it. I just was busy enjoying myself I didn't have time to complain.
