Vieni a trascorrere un po 'di tempo in un condominio fronte mare completamente aggiornato 2bed / 2bath. La cucina aggiornata con elettrodomestici in granito e acciaio inossidabile è completamente carica per cucinare. Il balcone di grandi dimensioni fuori dalla zona giorno offre molto spazio per una cena in famiglia con vista sulla spiaggia. Camera matrimoniale e seconda camera da letto al piano superiore, ognuna con il proprio balcone privato. La TV è in soggiorno e in entrambe le camere. Bagni aggiornati con ripiani in granito e docce a piastrelle. I servizi in condominio includono Wi-Fi, piscina, vasca idromassaggio e accesso alla spiaggia. I Sangria Condominiums sono uno dei segreti meglio custoditi di South Padre Island. Il complesso è una delle strutture originali di SPI risalenti al 1977, che mostra un design architettonico di classe progettato con cura per sfruttare l'eccezionale proprietà sulla spiaggia. Il complesso è composto da sole 40 unità di proprietà individuale, quindi è molto caratteristico, privato e silenzioso. Situato su un tratto di terra recintato in una posizione privilegiata dove Gulf Blvd inizia il suo viaggio verso nord, proprio al largo di South Padre Island Blvd. Cammina verso il quartiere dei divertimenti, lo shopping, i ristoranti, i CVS, ecc., Sei nel cuore di tutto. Il complesso vanta una piscina riscaldata, una vasca idromassaggio, un campo da tennis con palla sottaceto, un obiettivo da basket e una rete da pallavolo disponibile su richiesta.

The interior of the condo was very clean and very modern. Both the living room and the master bedroom have amazing views from their balconies. I was a little worried about the kids' room also having a balcony because I didn't want them out there unsupervised, but honestly, that door sticks a little with the lock, which I feel like is a good thing. I don't believe a small child could get out that door on their own. All 3 of my kids slept in the second bedroom and loved it. I feel like it fits 3 small kids well or would fit 2 older kids. The condo had sand toys to play with, and it had a 50% discount on the chair and umbrella rentals on the beach. Definitely worth it! The exterior of the condo building (all units) is somewhat aged; however the inside of our condo was great. The pool was not crowded when we were there. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Condo is as represented in the pictures and more. Balcony views amazing - loved watching the sunrise! Hunter was great host - generous with his time answering questions. Absolutely will stay here again if circumstances allow.

The condo was clean and had just what we needed. The staff onsite was very friendly and helpful. Super fun trip!

You can’t beat the location. However, the condo needs a lot of maintenance. The shades are dirty and toasted by the sun. One of them fell on my child while he was trying to go to bed. The maintenance staff was not able to fix it. I don’t know the last time that the air filters were cleaned, but we had to asked them to changed them. They were filthy and the condo smelled. All the kitchen utensils and equipment was there. No issues with that. Beds were not comfortable at all, but the view was amazing. Some dust fell on my clothes while they were in the drawer. Possibly sawdust from the drawers being so old. We found mold on the ceiling and other areas. This could be cleaned easily, but nobody had done it. The pool needs cleaning. They were working on it while we were there for the lights. However, I never saw anybody actually cleaning the pool. There were tar marks in it. It’s a real shame because it’s such a great location, but the maintenance is abismal.
