We really enjoyed our anniversary trip at Gayle’s home. Every creature comfort was already considered and she was an amazing communicator. The location is fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go! The check in/check out process is simple and we will definitely be returning.

Helpful check in process. The parking garage rules are strict, for safety reasons, but we felt very well briefed and had no trouble. Very walkable. Really enjoyed the access to a hot tub in the building. Beds were really nice and comfortable! Thank you for a lovely stay!

From the minute we booked to the minute we left we were given top notch treatment. Gayle is a dream of a host!! The condo is wonderful, great layout, everything you need and the extras are amazing. She truly makes the whole experience so delightful! You could t ask for a better location. Everything was walkable. Highly recommend!!

The overall stay was great! The location was great. We walked to Pike Place Market and to the Seattle Center. The building has a parking garage that we were able to park our rental car in that was very convenient. And, there is a coffee shop right next door where we got breakfast each day.
The only downside was that the walls are pretty thin, so the noise outside can wake you up. On the last night of our stay, there was a bar that blasted their music at 2 am and kept us all awake until about 3 am.
Other than the noise, everything was great!!
We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the ease of 'walking' Seattle! Gayle was super easy to work with and provided all kinds of great recommendations for enjoying the city. We also took full advantage of the many amenities made available with the condo. Highly recommend for a short (or long) visit to Seattle!

We booked this location for a few days prior to getting on a cruise and it was perfect for what we wanted!! It was close to Pike Market, the Space Needle, and other tourist attractions, Macrina Bakery was literally 5 steps out the door for coffee/breakfast in the morning, and lots of restaurants nearby- Imperial was yummy for dinner, as well as Bangrak Market (all walking distance). Gayle (the hostess) was great- she communicated frequently, and she provided perfect instructions for check in. The condo was clean, and loved that it has a washer/dryer (we washed all our clothes prior to getting on the cruise). Overall, if you want to explore downtown Seattle, this is a great location to stay!

The apartment is very close to the Norwegian cruise line doc- so after disembarking we walked with our bags and were met at the front door to help with checkin. Great communication and flexibility to accommodate our whacky schedule throughout. We enjoyed the space, walking to the market to get goods to bring back for lunch. Enjoyed eating on the roof deck and then going for a swim afterwards. It was ideal! Easy walk to all the main Seattle attractions. I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbos and this was easily one of the best.

This condo is in a great, centralized location, easy to walk to various attractions. The condo felt safe and clean. The owner and greeter provided helpful information about activities and restaurants. We appreciated the secure parking. As advertised, there is downtown noise that can be loud, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Condo was in a fantastic, safe, clean building. We found the unit to be clean, wonderful amenities. As previous reviews noted - can be a bit loud; however, shutting windows significantly decreases street noise. Having underground parking was GREAT given limited street parking. Overall, had a wonderful stay!!!

The location cannot be beat. If you have kids, the pool was a great way to wind down at the end of a busy day. Gayle was an exceptional host, checked in daily and had great recommendations and suggestions for our stay. We did not bring a vehicle but everything was a short walk or uber ride away. Gayle has a truly PERFECT spot in an incredible part of Seattle. My hubby and I live in the state but had my brother up and he just thought the whole experience was wonderful. From the secure parking to the cafe right outside the front door, you truly feel like you’re home. Belltown is super rad and has so much to offer everyone! Bring your swim trunks. The pool/spa is incredible! I can’t express our happiness with this property. Thank you SO MUCH GAYLE! Your property is amazing!

For a first family visit to Seattle, this was just perfect for our family of five! From the moment we checked-in, the kids were barely able to contain their excitement. The rooms, the lighting, the balcony, the wall art, and the kitchen amenities were just right. So much in walking distance.. we did so much on foot. We did purchase one-way monorail pass to Space Needle. The walk to Westlake Center is approx 10min and Space Needle to hotel was not much more. And you know all that walking builds up a good appetite. NW corner of the block that hotel is on, there is a mini-mart. Not to mention, so so many delicious eats. On our 1st night we did Chi-Ho Bistro’s “reservation needed” but only one hour in advance and you can literally see the entrance from bedroom window! This hotel was in proximity to everywhere needed, from souvenir shopping, eating, sightseeing, and the must visit place of “Pike’s Place Market,” where I recommend you chant.. “Throw the Fish!!” You’ll know where. And now you know where to stay. In the heart of downtown this place Rocks!!

The location was perfect for us. Host was very friendly, stay information was explained well and thoroughly, and the recommendations were spot on. The pool was a highlight for the kids. I highly recommend this property. The club across the street can get loud but there are ear plugs provided and it is mentioned in the description. The view and neighborhood are wonderful. We were all very happy and glad we found this property. We will come back!

My friend and I visited Seattle for a long weekend and to attend a Seahwks game. Gayle's place was perfect for us. It is in a great location, walkable to many things. Communication from the host was great and she gave some great recomendations.

The unit is as advertised. It is an easy walk to Pike St market and is NEXT DOOR to Macrina bakery. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. I would heartily recommend it.

The property was safe and secure. It is city life so it could be noisey at times, but the owner supplied ear plugs. The location is great. We were between Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle. Gayle met us at the property and walked us through the security processes. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
