This cozy home belonged to a grandmother, named Agnes. I read in the house guest book about how the family used to visit the home in the summers. I felt right at home there. The place is on the mountain side of the highway and doesn't have a view of the ocean, but it is close to everything and you cannot hear the highway noise. It is in a quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful front area with a table and chairs, as well as a beautiful fenced in back yard with a table and chairs. There was a lemon tree bursting with lemons, too, and the place was surrounded with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Inside is small, but all the space you need for a family. It feels like your grandmother's house.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute property.
The faux fireplace was very cozy and the backyard is a great size. The patio out front is a nice spot to sip your coffee. Close to anything you would want to do in Moro bay, Los Osos or Cayucus.

What a sweet home. Kitchen well supplied (maybe too many little glasses), great living room with Netflix. A TV guide that helped us figure out ABC/NBC/CBS channels would be nice. Great back yard, easy on/off Hwy#1 and to beaches BUT 2nd bedroom REALLY needs a firmer mattress. We had to flip for the bedrooms ugh!

A couple of problems and positive points: Exterior door handles are knobs and too close to jam. Pinched my hand. Need lever style handles. Yard needs to be thatched. BBW was very dirty and there was so much tallow in it that a fire started when I cleaned it. Kitchen was well equipped except needed a plastic cutting board and a couple of sauce pans and a larger frying pan. Doors and moldings were dirty with fingerprints and God knows what else. Back yard was great in afternoons with shade from the house. Adequate parking. Comfortable beds. Some of the sheets were thin but lots of white fluffy towels. Overall, was good.

Great home for a Morro Bay getaway
My family stayed 5 night and had a great experience. Morro Bay is a great base town to explore the central coast and this home is perfectly situated. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and tons of fun extras all over. My kids loved picking a movie for the extensive collection to watch one night. We had a great time!

Wonderful Home and Stay
My daughters and I had the most wonderful visit to Morro Bay and this house suited our needs perfectly. The location was perfect, the neighborhood charming and very quiet and the house was comfortable, clean and appointed beautifully. The home has everything you will need for relaxing visit and the views are gorgeous! I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning for more fun on the Central Coast! Thank you Mr. Perez for accommodating our family and you have a lovely home!

Perfect beach house for a small family
Myself, my wife, and our 3 kids stayed 3 nights at this property. It met all our needs. I loved the grill out back. Family was able to walk to the beach.

The Shell House excels
The house has a real beach feel with all the shell decor. It was very clean and the living room and bedroom furniture was comfortable. There is a very small table in the kitchen with stools, so we used the card table and chairs under the bed for eating and games. The backyard is lovely and the neighborhood quiet. If you plan to cook, bring a saucepan and fry pan. Plenty of dishes, flatware, and spices provided.

Home away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable beach cottage. The kitchen has everything you might ever need. Washer and dryer are handy to have. There is plenty of seating and the home is a nice size. The location is perfect - we could walk down to the beach! I hope to be back.
