Se stai cercando di uscire dal freddo e goderti una vacanza rilassante, vieni a soggiornare nel nostro bellissimo condominio di Las Palmas al Green Valley Resort. Questo condominio unità di livello inferiore (senza scale) dispone di 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, divano, un divano letto estraibile e può ospitare facilmente 6 persone. Recentemente rinnovato con nuovi pavimenti, materassi più morbidi, televisori a schermo piatto più grandi aggiornati, nuova vernice e finiture. Completamente arredato! Questo condominio al piano terra a bordo piscina è pulito, bello e solo a pochi passi di distanza. I servizi includono: Internet, piscine, vasca idromassaggio, centro fitness, campo da basket, lavatrici / asciugatrici, seggiolone, pack & play e campi da gioco. Le attrazioni vicine includono The Tuacahn, shopping, escursioni, gite in barca, golf e molto altro ancora!

Fantastic condo! Very comfortable and clean, with TVs in each bedroom and the living room, nice dining area, and everything you could want or need was there. I love that it was a ground floor condo with parking out front. It was only a few steps out the patio door to the gated pool area. Although the pool was freezing cold in May and no one could get in, the pool had a nice waterfall, and it was so beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit St. George!

Josh and Amanda were absolutely phenomenal hosts — easily one of the best rental experiences we’ve had!From the moment we arrived, everything felt incredibly clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The level of care they put into the space really shows. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be stressful, but they made it so much easier by providing a high chair, toys for our little one, and even games for the whole family to enjoy. Those small touches made a huge difference and instantly made the condo feel like home.They also went above and beyond with comfort. The extra pillows and comforters were SO appreciated, and honestly… the pillows were amazing. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were!The kitchen was also incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals comfortably during our stay. You can tell Josh and Amanda have really thought through what guests actually need while traveling.More than anything, their hospitality stood out. The condo felt warm, cared for, and intentionally designed to help people relax and enjoy their vacation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with them if you get the chance!

There were no rugs in the bedrooms. The bedding looks old.No cable to watch local TV.Shower Head in master bathroom is coming out of the wall.
