UNDER THE SEA è una bella casa di lusso con quattro camere da letto quattro case dalle sabbie bianche zuccherate di Anna Maria Island Beach! Balconi privati, una grande piscina privata riscaldata con spa, giardini lussureggianti e cinque suite di dimensioni generose (una è attualmente un soppalco a castello) per migliorare il comfort degli ospiti e offrire molto spazio per momenti di relax o eventi celebrativi.
La zona giorno principale presenta un'ampia open space con una cucina gourmet ben fornita che si apre sulla zona pranzo e sulla camera familiare. L'auspicabile set-up di questa casa offre non solo un ampio spazio per intrattenere, ma anche camere da letto extra large con bagni separati che rendono piacevole viaggiare con un gruppo!

Loved the house but it’s not facing the water like it seemed in the picture. It’s a close walk but not ocean views. House was clean and large good amount of bathrooms and so much space. Perfect time to go but unfortunately there was a storm so we had to make new plans but overall great experience. Hot tub worked and not much hot water as far as showers go but very happy

We loved this property! It was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate two back-to-back birthdays! We filled the house with two adults and four teenagers; they loved the pool area, ping pong table and pool table. The adults loves the out door living space and grill for dinners at home. The house was in a wonderful location; we could walk to the beach and the little shopping area. All in all, we loved it and cannot wait to return!

Overall this house was perfect for a weekend away. We had plenty of space and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Another plus was the amazing location just a short walk to the beach and a short ride to the downtown area. The pool was fantastic and we spent most of our weekend playing outside. My one complaint would be that the tile floors throughout the house were very dirty and could use a good steaming. I would definitely recommend this property!

When Serendipity (an Anna Maria Island vacation rental company) canceled our reservation the day before arrival with no explanation, we were left scrambling to find a nice home for our family vacation. AMI was right there to help out with an easy booking process. Upon arrival, the stove, coffee pot, and grill didn't work. They were quick to send someone out to fix all but the coffee pot. We sent a message everyday asking for the coffee pot, but it never came. Mattresses need flipped or new, because there is a for sure dip that we all noticed in our beds. Other than that, it was a great property. You truly are a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking and space for our family.

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. We stayed or a soccer tournament with a few players and parents. Excellent location and extras such as pool, hot tub, ping pong were amazing. Could use a few more dinner plates and perhaps a few extras in the kitchen such as cooking spray, simple seasonings (salt/pepper) to get you started. And mattresses need to be upgraded.
Overall the house was amazing and we would definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. Plenty of room that we didn’t stumble over each other. The open kitchen and family room was great for us all to be together.

This house was just as listed as far as layout and space which was great! Nice, quiet dead end street close to beach, just a few minutes walk. We were there in off-season (October), but we were usually the only ones on that part of the beach. Great outdoor pool space, however, the jacuzzi did not work our entire stay. Maintenance came out a few days into the trip and said the pool company needed to be called, but we never saw them before check out. Kitchen could be better equipped- lack of hand towels, garbage bags, foil, coffee filters and low grade dish soap. As far as cleanliness, we had ants in the kitchen and mildew in showers and on upstairs bathroom wall. The grill was broken so we never got to use that during our stay. Lastly, the beds could use new mattresses, they sunk in the middle and folded you up like a taco. I know the rental company is new-ish so hopefully they can take these considerations into account because it's a great property and location for a multi family vacation.

Holmes Beach Home
This home was beautiful...clean..and website was perfect description. We were a short walking distance from the beach. There were no complaints from my family. I should have asked for early check in..not sure if they do that. We all flew in and really had no place to go and couldn't get in one minute before 4. That is their policy so may have to come up with different plan in the future. Overall...this place was perfect.

Resort atmosphere
Nine members of one family stayed together during the pandemic and had no worries because we had everything we needed. Brought coolers with our food and enjoyed the pool and beach. Hope to be back!

Rare find with 4 king beds
Beautiful home right off the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. While I originally thought the cleaning fee was very high, my option changed based on how clean the house was when we arrived and the size of the home and what it will take to get the home looking perfect again. The heated pool and back yard was amazing. I would highly recommend this home if you have a large amount of people on your vacation

We had the best stay in this property! Came with 2 other families and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was gorgeous and the pool area perfect! Loved the beach access was just a few houses down. We had an amazing week and the house was perfect!

Nice home but farther from beach than 4 houses. Beautiful pool and patio and nice great room. Lots of issues with the electrical thermostats, garage door opener.

Ohio Family of 11 on Spring Break
Had a wonderful time with our entire family! The house was gorgeous & loved the heated pool!! The short walk to the beach was great especially for children or elderly & what a beautiful beach...not over crowded & had powdery sand. On the negative side, we were without a freezer for 3 days, NEVER had enough hot water for more than 2 showers at a time and not enough seating in family area. We also wish they had installed a bathroom on the lower/pool area level! But overall, loved it!!!

Beautiful home, responsive owner, amazing location!
House was perfect and absolutely beautiful. Kids really enjoyed the pool! Location was amazing... just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to several other great towns. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and relaxing
This place is a relatively new home. Plenty of room for many people. Pool/hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Close to the beach and kind of in the middle of the island so easy to get around.

The house was really well decorated, perfect colors well equipped and very clean.
It was a great surprise from the moment I first opened the door.
House is perfect for my all family. Kids like very much swimming pool they was there very happy.
The internet was fast, the mattress was great...etc. In sum, the best house a holiday traveler can expect. Looking at the gorgeous views was a big plus. I will stay in this condo again!
